Every single time I order from this Panera through door dash it’s ALWAYS an issue, missing iteams, bad Quality, and even with my most recent order i got a turkey sandwhich and when received it came with no turkey…I don’t know who is running this Panera but they really need to get it together it’s ridiculous at this point.

The establishment needs cleaning. Outside, where the tables are, the tables and the area are incredibly dirty. I don't like an establishment where you choose to eat with so much dirt. I don't plan on ever going back. I don't recommend it.

Depending on the time of day and the staff, you can expect excellent customer service. However, I’ve noticed a particular employee who has been intentionally watering down my drinks and serving food at its lowest quality. This has happened more than once, so I’m concerned about the consistency of their service.

Such a great little spot in this neighborhood. I often ordered online, and would be able to pick up very quickly, but I've also dined in a lot. Their workspace is generous, with plenty of outlets and space to work. Good product, and very kind staff.
Music is a lil loud, but that’s every Panera. I needed one Tabasco sauce pack for my breakfast and it looked like they were out. A nice lady helped me search through the packs of ketchup and mayo and found ONE left!! Made my morning, thanks for the extra effort.

Beautiful place, good food and good vibes !
Interesting newer Panera in the Keen university area. In a shopping center but quite a larger dining room than usual. Has even a fire place in there.
Is this location a restaurant or supermodel central? Walked in and was surrounded by a bunch of 8's, 9's, and 10's all on their laptops doing what I assume is college homework. Fellows, I got there around 2:45pm if this seems like a day dream. I may make this apart of my daily routine. Oh yeah, they serve food too. Got the Greek salad and Turkey Bravo sandwich, pretty good.

I called to ask to speak to a manager because I wanted to know if they are accepting transfers & the assistant GM answered very rudely didn't say her name asked me what did I want wouldn't let me speak to the GM & hung up on me.. smh so terrible the panera bread I work at would never talk to anyone like that.. matter of fact no thanks ill stay where I am. No transfers needed.
This location has the worst service out of any Panera I have been to. They don't put mobile orders on the rack, and basically hide the labels from the customers so you need to ask them for your order and only then they will help you. Wait times are always longer than listed, and my order is almost always delayed here. Otherwise, food is good.
My coworker and I went there for lunch today 1/29/25 I ordered a half of tuna sandwich and a bowls of chili. When I got to my desk to eat my lunch very disappointed and on top of that they gave me tomato soup instead of chili. So please people check your order. $15 dollars down the drain
It’s not often you get 5 star customer service in places like a Panera Bread or “fast food” places but Ayla went above and beyond for me. I was only ordering a turkey sandwich and asked for an exception to the raw onions. She listened to me with a smile and suggested other food items enhance my sandwich. I decided to add onion soup. She also told me about all the various healthier drinks that Panera offers other than regular soda. I opted with agave lemonade. At the end she let me know that was a promo and my soup was $1! She even offered me baked goods too. I wholeheartedly appreciate good customer service. It’s a skill that not everyone has. To any Panera Manager or C suite level reading, keep her happy because Ayla drives service excellence in a time where a stand out customer service experience isn’t common.
Over the years, we have loved going to Panera. However, we have noticed that the soup served is less than half, and the price keeps increasing. It is no longer a value for the food received. Panera is not a gourmet restaurant where you pay almost ten dollars for a bowl of soup, the same price and less than the amount of soup given than you would receive at Bone Fish, Grill, Long Horn, or upscale dining. The place is dirty, and there is nowhere to sit unless you clear your table, which we did. Lastly, the attitude of the staff seems that they are not happy with their employment from the manager down, which shows in their ability to offer good customer service. I have read the highlights of this company in several publications, and most of them align with the experience I had with Panera.
It is our hope that these issues can be addressed, and that Panera can return to the high standards that we have come to expect. We believe that with the right changes, Panera can once again be a place where we can enjoy good food and good service at a reasonable price.
