Customer service was great, very nice staff. The Sweet & spicy chicken wings were a 10/10 the flavor was so good. Pho was good as well I just feel like they put way too many noodles & not enough protein. I had a big bowl & only had 3 shrimp in it & they were small. My bf had beef & same for him but I would go back.

The so-called ‘deduction of 3% processing fee’ is a charge that shouldn’t apply to cash payments in the first place, as no payment processing is involved. Can you explain to the customer why customer paying cash you still charge card processing fee? $33.90 - $1.70 + $2.13 = not equal $34.33 ? So it’s means equal $35.30? That not a “one” dollar problem. Because tips more than $1. No body care about one dollar. Problem is merchant calculate to 3% card processing fee.

Absolutely delicious, soup to nuts. Get the chicken wings as an appetizer if you eat meat (the fish sauce flavor is the best); they're super crispy on the outside but lose none of their juicy tenderness on the inside. Not overly oily, but the chicken fat flavor comes through perfectly. Their fry cook knows what they're doing. The pho is very tasty as well! We got the pho with grilled beef short ribs on top, and the portion is generous and the char on the ribs was masterful. Will definitely be returning soon!
1.75 convenience fee for pickup order??? businesses are just making up things to charge us with. what is the convenience??

I ordered onion on the side for takeout/ pickup and the manager refused to give me onions after I was told I would be given. She claimed she only gives out onions with pho. Never had an issue in any other restaurant for onions.

Vegetarian options: Ordered for delivery and did not disappoint!! Food came nicely packaged and still piping hot…well, as hot as delivery can be but, the food is absolutely delicious. I had the pork and shrimp salad roll, and the tofu and veggie fried noodles. Super tasty and would love to try the other items one day!

Was in the area for business and came across this gem. The food was superb and service was amazing. We ordered the short ribs, grilled lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese Coffee and Thai iced tea. Everything was *chef's kiss* 10/10
The staff also took their time to answer our questions on what to do around the area and gave us recommendation on how to get to our destination and other places for dessert drink. Service was 20/10.
