Pho Way has been my go-to pho spot for a while now, they’re the best!! But for the first time, I decided to try more of the menu, and I was blown out of this world.

We got the Thai tea, seafood pho, short rib pho, short ribs with fried rice, and fried chicken. Everything was sooo good. The portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the flavors are on point. Plus, the staff is really friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend!

Pho Way is amazing The beef pho is rich and flavorful with super tender meat and the short ribs are juicy and fall off the bone The fresh lemonade is perfectly refreshing and the strawberry smoothie is creamy and delicious The vibe inside is calm and cozy Definitely one of my favorite spots

So this is the first bad experience we’ve had with pho way. my bf went to order short ribs, pho, calamari, thai ice tea. he came home and they gave us squid for the pho instead of calamari and the thai ice tea was so BLAND. my bf went back to get the calamari fixed and to ask to fix the ice tea. he then added an order of spring rolls and JUST short ribs NO RICE. he came home. THE RIBS ARE MISSING!! so i call them and explain the guy on the other end then asks so did you order already or did you wanna order. it was so frustrating because he was not even listening. He sounded like a young teenager. he then proceeded to say oh the short ribs are right here. so then i say well you guys forgot it in our order. and i try to explain this is gonna be our third time coming back. i then ask can we at least get the ribs for free it was ten bucks we maybe spend 50 bucks and we wasted two hours going back and forth with the waiting and driving. manager is conveniently not there. they’re trying to only give us $2 off. TWO DOLLARS?! what a horrible HORRIBLE rectification. they have zero care about their customer and their laziness. manager needs to run the place better. and they need to stop wasting peoples time.

This place is warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It felt so cozy, like having dinner at a friend’s home. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I loved the variety of healthy options on the menu.

Extremely diligent and great service. Good food always. Prices were great and I ordered ahead of time and everything was ready and delicious.

I regularly visit here, as I only live 3 minutes away. Today, I was extremely surprised and disappointed with the level of service that I received today. When I walked up to the counter, I was completely ignored. I stood there for about 3 mins before being acknowledged. I ordered an avocado smoothie and egg rolls. She said it would take 10 mins. I sat down, and waited, and waited, and waited. I inquired about the food after 15 minutes and I was told it was coming. About 5 mins later, I got the smoothie. Keep in mind, it was half full. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got up and asked where my food was and she said it was coming. I couldn't believe it took 30 mins for a smoothie and egg rolls. All this with no apology. I am truly disappointed.

Customer service was great, very nice staff. The Sweet & spicy chicken wings were a 10/10 the flavor was so good. Pho was good as well I just feel like they put way too many noodles & not enough protein. I had a big bowl & only had 3 shrimp in it & they were small. My bf had beef & same for him but I would go back.

While your offer of a 5% discount for paying cash seems appealing at first glance, it feels misleading. The so-called ‘deduction of 3% processing fee’ is a charge that shouldn’t apply to cash payments in the first place, as no payment processing is involved. This means the real discount is only 2%, and the rest is just a matter of playing with words. It doesn’t truly reflect the advertised benefit.”

Can you explain to the customer why customer paying cash you still charge card processing fee? $33.90 - $1.70 + $2.13 = not equal $34.33 ? So it’s means equal $35.30? That not a “one” dollar problem. Because tips more than $1. No body care about one dollar. Problem is merchant calculate to 3% card processing fee.
