The food came out wrong, I ordered half pepperoni, half cheese. A medium cheese with no sauce but no cheese on the pizza. Please look at the order when you receive it. 1 star review for the bad quality order.
I came here today and Gabriela helped me. She greeted me with a smile and verified my order which was great. She was really personable and the food was good.
On Sat, 8/17/24 I went to this Pizza Hut location, I ordered online and some how or another instead of me ordering a single order of bread sticks and 2 personal cheese pizzas, there was a glitch where my personal pizzas did not show only the order of breadsticks and some how I ended up only ordering 2 single orders of breadsticks which came to $16 and some change, mind you a family order is $11 and some change so when I got to the store to pick up my order, I realized what had happened and the girl working the front was rude, bad customer service so she went and got the manager, I suppose that's who he was but he told me I could not exchange the order , mind you they still had both orders of the breadsticks with them but he said because I paid online he couldn't do anything about it so I then in return had to pay an additional $13 and some change for the 2 personal cheese pizzas and had the 2 single order of breadsticks! I felt that as a manager there should have been something he could have done because i'm pretty sure i'm not the 1st person that this has happened to, but they both we vrry rude and inconsiderate!! Pizza Hut must do better with the hiring of their employees, these 2 were not pleasant!

Me and my sister brought our nephews to dine at Pizzahut. From the outside it was difficult to distinguish if the Place was abandon or even closed except for a tiny little open sign in the front window. If I could give this establishment a negative number lower than -0 than O would. There were booth chairs with no table. No salad bar. The pizza was dry and the crust vèy thin. The tables and floors were beyond dirty , they were thilthy! And mind you we came and there was absolutely no customers I. The place was Completely Empty! The carpets thilthy.........! Tables dirty and an overwhelming damp smell. Like the presence of mold. Needless to say I was afraid to sit anywhere while waiting for my order.Why hasn't the the Board of Health Inspected this place yet!

When I made it home, I opened my box of pizza and the pizza was not cut. Had pizza slices the size of two slices.
Overall a extremely satisfying experience. Pizza Hut is my favorite 😍

This particular place in Stuyvesant Union, NJ looks like a warehouse. Scary parking space. The counter does not look like a typical Pizza Hut.
