The staff is great always super friendly. My family use to come all the time but we had to slow down because the food changed. For some reason the pasta is always super soft. Pasta isn't suppose to be mushy. I've complained before but for some reason the cook keeps making it that way. The food would be better if things like this wouldn't happen. Other than that everything else is fine.

The host took about 10-15 minutes to get us a table. No body was hosting at the moment we arrived. I guess the host was busy some place else.
I just want to say this is our go to Red Lobster and each time we are seated we are greeted by Doona one of the best servers we have come across. He is always so patient and calm and very knowledgeable of the items on the menu. The service is always timely and if there are issues he keeps us informed and our nerves at ease. Thank you for each enjoyable moment Doona 🤩🍴🍽️😋😋😋

I'm really glad that Red Lobster is back again and better than ever. Every dish we had was delicious. The service was a bit slow at first but definitely picked up. We were in no rush and that didn't bother us. I'm on a carb break now but when it's time to enjoy such food, I will be back. Thank you.

I was at red lobster about two weeks ago, and the store was relatively slow. Me and my family waited to get seated for about 20 mins and eventually I seen a lady walking past us and complained. She claimed they were busy and brushed me off to wait. Mind you most the seats were empty. So she comes back around and I ask her what’re they so busy with and she scoffs and tells a man to seat us. We get seated and I ask our waiter for her name and she told me she was the manager named stephanie. If this is how the people who are in charge act I can only imagine how they let their employees act. Managers who are rude and disrespectful for no reason shouldn’t be in charge.

I loved getting the coconut shrimp appetizer, as well as the garlic crab legs. This visit I decided to go with a new dish on the menu and wasn't impressed. The service can be better, there's little check-ins and you have to call for your waiter attention when you want something. The music can be better as well.
Inside the restaurant smells very bad the food is the worst the girl that welcome you is the same girl that takes your order and bring you your food. Don't waste your money
