I've been a loyal customer of this pizza place for years, so it was disheartening to have a bad experience with their phone service. When I questioned why my order was over the normal price, the person on the phone said it was because I don’t tip even though I live nearby. This was unexpected and left me disappointed because I usually don’t have any extra money to tip. I can definitely say I will not be ordering from Rivoli again.
