I have fone to this restaurant for over 29 years. Seems to be under new management 😒. Service was not good.I requested a receipt to find out I was charged the card price not the cash price, seems insignificant but adds up if you overcharge all of your patrons. In addition, there was a$3.95 fee that could not be explained. “I don't know how to explain it” says the person at the register when asked to explain the fee. I am most annoyed because in a time such as this and monies need to be stretched, its hurtful that a local business would take advantage of a its long time oatrons😤

I honestly don’t know how u guys eat here I worked here for a bit I did not expect this place to be so nasty unprofessional and so rude some of my co workers didn’t even try to listen to the customer they would just yell at u loud and louder till u complete the order not very family friendly to the cooks disgusting me every time a beautiful woman come around they wait till she leave so they all can stare at her butt so unprofessional

This location has by far has the best beef ribs that I've had in a long time. Only downfall is the location, which looks sketchy just doesn't look safe. Plus no dine area to eat inside only takeout.

I placed an Ubereats order yesterday and the food was terrible! I've ordered from this place numerous times and had no problems. Yesterday I don't know if they had a different cook or if they were just in a hurry to get the food out. The garlic chicken was half cooked and not crispy at all with no taste and the broccoli was so big and not cut correctly! Everything about the order was just wrong!

I placed an order for (half chicken and french fries) and also an order (half ribs -half chicken with rice and beans). The food smelt delicious, the portion sizes were nice, but as for the meat (in my opinion )it tasted like they used liquid smoke and they used too much of it. Both the chicken and the beef tasted exactly the same, they both had that overpowering charred taste so charred to the point where it tasted so bitter that we couldn't even eat it. We ended up ordering barbecue( meat only) from a different place. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this place to anyone that I know.

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional conduct of a staff member at your establishment. I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and experienced an unpleasant interaction while picking up an order today.
The individual who handled the order spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. This verbal interaction was unprovoked and quite upsetting. Furthermore, I understand that this individual has also filed a complaint with Uber, which could potentially lead to the deactivation of my account.
Regardless of any personal circumstances, there is no excuse for treating anyone with disrespect. We are all working together to ensure customer satisfaction, and a collaborative environment is essential. Speaking to delivery drivers in a condescending or aggressive way is counterproductive and unacceptable.
I am concerned that this individual's behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and could negatively impact the working relationship with delivery drivers who are essential to your business.
