Its a rest stop and serves its purpose. I ordered a burger and found it salty. There is a kiosk to order food but the team who prepared the food was prompt and courteous.

So I wanted to try out this location before driving to Livingston. We arrive and the kiosk is broken and the staff are having issues with the register… things seemed a little disorganized. Time to drive the 30 mins

I’ve been to several shake shacks in my time, while the food was good it was not up to the typical standards of Shake Shacks. The staff was great, especially considering the volume of customers coming and going. The main reason for a low score was the food not being as good as anticipated and the lack of seating, in part because it was at a rest stop off the highway

Burger was good. Service needs work. Person who completed the transaction was not friendly or personable. The length of time to obtain my change was unacceptable. Even the server huffed that she had to wait. I did not feel valued.

This was the best fast-food hamburger. The counter service is great. The young lady was cheerful and very helpful. This restaurant was inside of a travel center, so there was no atmosphere, but it was exceptionally clean.
