They didn't have 2 of the ingredients to the drinks I wanted so j wasn't too pleased. Luckily there was something else I like to drink there that I purchased so it did satisfy my thirst just wasn't what I went there for

Outstanding drive-thru service from Matthew!
I had such a great experience at the Starbucks drive-thru, all thanks to Matthew. From the speaker to the window, he was friendly, upbeat, and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was just grabbing coffee on the go. He confirmed my order carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and greeted me at the window with a big smile and positive attitude. You could really tell he enjoys what he does and cares about making each customer’s day a little better. It’s not every day you get such kind and genuine service in a drive-thru — Matthew truly went above and beyond! I’ll definitely be coming back because of his great energy and professionalism. Starbucks is lucky to have him!

Starbucks is the absolute best even though sometimes it takes a little time to get my drink. I just know it. It’s the best every time I order I am waiting so patiently just for that strawberry açai refresher. I love this summer drink, and everything on the menu is amazing. I also love how they have food options as well. Starbucks is the best. I wish I could get it every day and the workers there are also so kind. I hope to be back at Starbucks soon. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

My experience was awful. I ordered two grande matchas latte with coconut milk and the baristas took over a half an hour to serve me. The place was almost empty and I reminded them twice and they made me wait. They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru orders. They do not prioritize in-person orders even if no one is around. Horrible service. Three people were working there and all of them doing mobile orders and drive thru. At least one person should be taking care of walk-ins. At the end I requested for my money back. As, I was served with one Matcha, rather then 2. I asked for my money back. Im sharing one Matcha with my mom in the pictures. ( June 22, 2025, 8:00pm)

This is by far the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my usual iced espresso drink with agave stirred—a simple request I make every day at other locations with no issue. After waiting at the window for over 10 minutes, the barista (Haley) casually said, “Oh, I thought I made that,” and then rushed to remake my drink without checking the order properly.
She handed me a cup with all the agave sitting at the bottom. When I politely asked her to stir it, she aggressively grabbed the cup, shook it, and gave it back like that was acceptable. I can stir a drink with my hand—that's not the point. I asked for it to be shaken or stirred in the shaker, not just sloshed around.
When I asked again, she snapped, “We don’t have anything to stir your drink with—please get off my line so I can keep it moving.” I was shocked. That’s not just bad service—that’s completely unprofessional and rude. If you want to keep the line moving, try getting the drinks right the first time. I won’t be returning to this location. Terrible customer service.

I will go ahead and say i wont bother coming back to this location. Reason why is because when i ordered online they are saying i have to wait 5 minutes and then get in the line for me to receive the items and ofcourse even though that makes sense to an extent it doesn't make sense when they have 10 cars and the line is moving slow and by the time i get to the window my drink is already water down and the food already cold were i had to ask for it warm it up. They werent busy i dont know what was the issue when there was only 3 cars which they did move fast i dont understand why prioritize the dv orders instead of the order online. I only ordered a matcha a croissant and it seems as they need to full 8 minutes to make it where nor the front and dv were busy they wanted me to wait. People at the drive through their names were jesse and andy. And they were more than happy and quick to provide a refund faster than getting me my order
Excellent Service, yesterday was provided with a wrong caffe Icd latte and I spoke over the phone with the manager in charge and today they fixed the mistake and provided to me with a new Chai Cherry cf drink.THANK YOU!!!

I order on the mobile app as I’m arriving to the store. Lately I’m being told “don’t pull into the drive through unless the app says it’s ready”
What’s the point of using the mobile app then? I should just pull into the drive through without putting in my order. I thought I was making it easier for them but I guess not!

This Starbucks is slowly losing its touch ! They are very inconsistent with the drinks and they are a bit snarky when you ask them to fix it ! This has happened to me two weeks in a row. I am a very easy going person, for the amount that Starbucks charges for the drink I especially consistency and not for me to settle for a drink that wasn’t not made correctly. The drinks are more milk and sugar than coffee , the whole point of going here is for coffee not the milk or sugars and additives!!

This store has very good service. Today, I had a bit of an embarrassing moment when I was leaving the store — the wind was so strong that I accidentally spilled my drink while pushing the door, and it got all over my clothes. I felt really awkward and helpless, but one of the staff, I am a little forget the name but I think is Jin Na, was incredibly kind and understanding. She not only offered me a new drink for free but also gave me wet wipes to help clean the stain on my clothes. Her warm attitude and helpfulness truly turned my day around. Thank you so much, your kindness meant a lot to me!

I ordered 2 matchas sweetened. I get them back bitter and not made properly. Everytime I order my drinks at this location, my drinks dont taste as good as the other locations.
Don’t know why there is always something wrong with their espresso based drinks.
Every time I ordered an extra shot of espresso the drink still tasted like it was mostly milk.
The last straw was today. I ordered a cortado and not only did the drink taste like 1shot of espresso, it was 3/4 full.
This skimping on espresso is out of hand.
