I’m a student at Kean for that reason I go often to this location but today I had the worst experience ever I was the only one at the store waiting for a drink but they had a lot of drive through waited for almost 15 minutes I asked to please get my coffee and the young man gave me the biggest actitud he was the only one doing the drinks everyone else was busy cleaning NOT ACCEPTABLE! Will not go there again!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. The customer service is beyond disappointing — unhelpful and clearly not trained to actually solve problems. I waited for my online order for 30 minutes, and when I asked where my order was, they had told me it was out of stock, so they ignored my order I already paid for. Delays were never communicated until after the fact, and even then, it was just a generic apology with no accountability.

My first time ordering coffee from Starbucks and Edyth helped me out with creating an order. She took the time to understand my favorite things and crafted an amazing order, I’m absolutely in love! Shout out to Edyth!!

In a BLINK OF AN EYE this has become the worst starbucks in history. Am I being sarcastic? Go try it for yourself and check back to this review! Lol. This starbucks used to be amazing, never a mistake or bad customer service. Now???? They don't follow directions on your drink orders, they do whatever they want to your drink and say YOU are wrong and they are right even though the sticker says different lol. They disrespect customers in their face after customers bring up their mistakes. Atrocious! Even the drinks taste different now. Starbucks is a place you come happy and leave happy with your favorite drink but this Starbucks in particular, you come happy and only the universe knows what happens after lol. Corporate needs to revise every hire adequately!

Wow i’m astonished with how horrible the service is here. I ordered through mobile order. My order was expected to be done at 7:35. After 15 minutes I ask the barista that I’m missing my drink. They ask me what it was and then proceeded to say they would make it. I wait another 10 minutes and I see the baristas just staring at me and cleaning up. So then i go up to them and tell them I’ve been waiting over 20 mins for my drink and the barista processed to stare at me blankly and ask “what’s the drink” as if i hadn’t told them already to make it when it was already suppose to me made! Just asked for the refund cause that was the worst service i’ve ever experienced. Worst part is that this wasn’t the first time it happened.

This location has been consistently good. They say hello, they get your order right, and they keep the line moving. Nice to see Starbucks focusing on what got them to the top... quality and service. Many stores are still empty due to constant price increases while service went off the cliff. You can't be a top brand if your staff hates your customers for buying the product and refuse to work at any kind of reasonable pace.

Love the employees they are great and the service is great as well, the only true downfall is the damn drive thru. What’s the point in ordering online and still having to wait 10 minutes because i’m in line with indecisive people who don’t know what or how they want their coffee made. I wish there was another drive thru for just mobile orders so we can just grab and go.

They didn't have 2 of the ingredients to the drinks I wanted so j wasn't too pleased. Luckily there was something else I like to drink there that I purchased so it did satisfy my thirst just wasn't what I went there for

Outstanding drive-thru service from Matthew!
I had such a great experience at the Starbucks drive-thru, all thanks to Matthew. From the speaker to the window, he was friendly, upbeat, and made me feel like a valued customer even though I was just grabbing coffee on the go. He confirmed my order carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and greeted me at the window with a big smile and positive attitude. You could really tell he enjoys what he does and cares about making each customer’s day a little better. It’s not every day you get such kind and genuine service in a drive-thru — Matthew truly went above and beyond! I’ll definitely be coming back because of his great energy and professionalism. Starbucks is lucky to have him!

Starbucks is the absolute best even though sometimes it takes a little time to get my drink. I just know it. It’s the best every time I order I am waiting so patiently just for that strawberry açai refresher. I love this summer drink, and everything on the menu is amazing. I also love how they have food options as well. Starbucks is the best. I wish I could get it every day and the workers there are also so kind. I hope to be back at Starbucks soon. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

My experience was awful. I ordered two grande matchas latte with coconut milk and the baristas took over a half an hour to serve me. The place was almost empty and I reminded them twice and they made me wait. They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru orders. They do not prioritize in-person orders even if no one is around. Horrible service. Three people were working there and all of them doing mobile orders and drive thru. At least one person should be taking care of walk-ins. At the end I requested for my money back. As, I was served with one Matcha, rather then 2. I asked for my money back. Im sharing one Matcha with my mom in the pictures. ( June 22, 2025, 8:00pm)
