I ordered 2 matchas sweetened. I get them back bitter and not made properly. Everytime I order my drinks at this location, my drinks dont taste as good as the other locations.

Don’t know why there is always something wrong with their espresso based drinks. Every time I ordered an extra shot of espresso the drink still tasted like it was mostly milk. The last straw was today. I ordered a cortado and not only did the drink taste like 1shot of espresso, it was 3/4 full. This skimping on espresso is out of hand.

Coffee and snacks are up to standard. The team is largely polite but this is definitely a drive-through-first store, you can be the only person at the counter and wait a while before someone acknowledges you. They are busy. Lots of tables, so there is usually a place to sit. The music can be loud if you are trying to hang out with a friend.

The service was so fast I felt like I held them back with my order not realizing that with one click of a button I could order the same drink from a prior order which I loved. It Pumpkin something. I can't give you the whole name or else it will be sold out sorry good.

The drive-thru is a joke!! The wait is insane. It seems as the workers purposely do it to make customers leave. The line does not move!!!!
Well prepared drink, super friendly staff (shout out to Haley for her welcoming personality, and a clean shop. I really thought these friendly Starbucks locations were gone. Love the great attitudes, cleanliness, and efficiency of this place. EXACTLY the way these should be run

I love Starbucks because it gives the non dairy options and a variety of flavors. But I don’t understand why they discontinued the Liquid Cane sugar, since I’m allergic to dairy , I can’t have caramel syrup. So the liquid cans sugar was the best replacement. Also, if I am paying for a 12oz cup serving . Why am i getting less coffee in my cup??? Are you trying to save your product and be cheap? Yet charge me like $7 for 12oz cup and there isn’t a 12oz amount of coffee in my cup. More like 8oz???? I’m confused as to why this happened.

They always seem to make a drink incorrectly. We've decided to go to Maplewood Starbucks, they seem to do a better job.
This is probably the worst Starbucks. I’ve gone so many times hoping for a different experience and each time it continues to be a horrible experience. Even the drinks are just milk these days and service continues to be terrible. If you hate your job, quit.
