The store is supposed to open at 9. I got there at 905. The lady who works there rolled up a minute later and then scolded me saying she wasn't ready yet and I had to wait. I asked her how long and she said 15 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and she still didn't have anything ready. She scolded me again saying she wasn't ready and still had to bring meat out. So I walked out with no food after waiting in the cold. I know the standards are low for Subway, and I try to be understanding that buses run late and such, but the combination of wasting 30 minutes of my time and the sheer rudeness was a new low. Avoid at all costs.

They advertise fresh, sliced meats, however, the sandwich was made with meat from the refrigerator. On my sandwich there was four slices of meat and two pieces of cheese. Definitely not worth the price.

How many customers do you all suppose to lose by keeping a bathroom out of order sign in your restaurant? I won’t spend money in an establishment that refuses to maintain their bathroom open to avoid having to clean it.

Very rude and customer service is non existent you're better off, going behind the counter and making your sandwich yourself the breads are probably nicer than the people that work here

Every year, my husband and I enjoy a free sun from subways on Veterans Day. This year, we decided to go to vauxhall since it’s nearby. The lady behind the counter did not acknowledge the offer and when we showed it to her on the subways website, she refused to help us. It’s very disappointing being treated this way, being veterans. It’s not about the free sandwhich, her attitude was not acceptable.

Do not waste your time to go here - says they are open AND the hours are confirmed - but once you go there, it's closed. I guess they don't want customers to begin with.

Been using this subway in person and with DoorDash for years. Last night they refused to take my DoorDash order because the owner says they won’t take DoorDash orders over $50. The dasher was standing there, I spoke to them on the phone and they wouldn’t do it even though they approved and conformed the order, and we had already waited for our food. They said “well you could come here and we can make your order.” What? I had a starving family of six with hungry kids melting down, delaying bed time, cutting into date night and now had to figure out another dinner option. The fact that they don’t care about customers who spend $1000s with subway is unbelievable. Subway franchisees in general are always trying to cut corners like giving single instead of doh or portions for wraps as advertised and the app NEVER works.
