The Habit Burger Grill

Horrible service. Managers and employees are always angry. Ive been here 3 times, every time I’ve gotten an attitude. Whenever I go to kiosk to psy in cash I have to wait for them, while they only stare at me (no signs of “wait”) just dead stared. I recommend that if the store can’t afford to employ enough staff, that at least they are nice and respectful.

On hold for 20 minutes if you’re not going to answer the phone why even have a number in place. I needed to ask for 1 extra thing that would have been fine in any other place minus this one. Thanks a lot

Holy smokes is this place good. I have always ordered to go, either at the kiosk or online. Agh, can't beat the convenience. I would always get a double patty with a lettuce wrap subbed for the dubs and onion rings with their sauce. It was so good, I ordered it like 10 times over a couple of months when I would get home late. The only complaint is this place is right next to cold stone, and I'd always have to stop there, as well, and a diet never stood a chance.

Food takes for ever to make .. second time here and same thing. No one in here and food takes 25 minutes xx

Habit is a great chain burger place. The burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, onion rings, and tempura green beans are all solid. I would recommend them.

I enjoy going to this burger restraunt. It's clean and safe, across from a University. The burgers are GREAT. They have healthier options, like fried green beans, my favorite, and adding avocado to your burger or chicken and skipping the bread.

I’m a student a kean came in 9/4 was greeted by Asiah was very friendly I never been here before she recommended a few things for me to try service was nice however as I was waiting for my food the man in the back was just standing around eating with gloves on laughing and didn’t wash his hands after I’m not sure what company allows that but I will not be eating from there again I couldn’t believe what I saw in a open kitchen and your going to continue to make people food I will not go back if he his there I’m very disgusted.

I am writing this because our meal today was just awful. Our office orders regularly from Habit, Union. Today Grub Hub was given the wrong order. When we called about it they said they would not refund the money and the driver would have to return to pick up a new order. Well, an hour later we got the food only for it to be stone cold and rubbery. The restaurant gave the driver the food that had been sitting for almost 2 hours. I guess we will be finding another place to order lunch from.
