I’m a student a kean came in 9/4 was greeted by Asiah was very friendly I never been here before she recommended a few things for me to try service was nice however as I was waiting for my food the man in the back was just standing around eating with gloves on laughing and didn’t wash his hands after I’m not sure what company allows that but I will not be eating from there again I couldn’t believe what I saw in a open kitchen and your going to continue to make people food I will not go back if he his there I’m very disgusted.

I am writing this because our meal today was just awful. Our office orders regularly from Habit, Union. Today Grub Hub was given the wrong order. When we called about it they said they would not refund the money and the driver would have to return to pick up a new order. Well, an hour later we got the food only for it to be stone cold and rubbery. The restaurant gave the driver the food that had been sitting for almost 2 hours. I guess we will be finding another place to order lunch from.

Easily the poorest excuse for customer service I have personally experienced in a restaurant setting. I used the app to order food to be delivered. The delivery never arrived so I tried to call the restaurant, which for some reason does not accept phone calls. I drove to the store in person and explained the situation. Showed both the emailed receipt and the app. The solution given was for me to essentially somehow conduct a full investigation as to which delivery person stole my food. There was no offer of a refund, re-made food, or discount for future visits. The sentiment was “not our fault, this is your problem not ours”.

I would love to start by saying Thank to Asia and Daiye they are a perfect team duo their always so friendly to me an my friends when we come in an buy food this is my second time This week buying food from Here I usually would get something small but today I went for a Cheeseburger and fries and Oreo milkshake perfect combo to go also you can’t forget the chicken bite! Now an days it’s hard to find a good restaurant with good food an friendly people These two are role model team members and should be Recognized for their hard work , give this team a bonus, raiseor something! Went to this place for the first time yesterday. Did pick-up service, which wasn't bad at all. I literally ordered as I was sitting in the parking lot and my food was ready in a very short period of time. With that being said, there really wasn't anything spectacular about this place that would make me want to return. Not any better than regular, local burger spots, to me.I found the burger to be quite small for the price, as well as how the burgers look on the menu. I ordered it without onions, but it had onions on it. This was not a big deal, as it was something I could just easily remove. I found the french fries to be very salty, but that might've been me, because I try not to eat a lot of salt. Lemonade was warm and had little to no ice, and I didn't request it that way. Overall, nothing special, in my opinion. No need for another visit.
