Why advertise Charboiled Burgers when your Manager Gabby and the Grill master cooke the burgers on the flat top. People ruin your business while trying Not to work. Also, The Habit Company will never give you an immediate refund. They tell you it takes 10 days to Refund your money for Poor Service. Any other Company refunds your money immediately as you Paid immediately. Why force people to buy food not cooked to your own specifications? False Advertising is the proper term. Oh well

Food was nothing special. Like a grammar school buffet quality. Not worth a second trip even if you live close. Staff was very good. Took a very long time to get our food despite an empty restaurant. Maybe 35-40 min no joke! Sad to say this restaurant will not survive. There is no draw here. Nothing crave worthy in any way. The staff works pretty well and it is a clean place.

Low rating on the food, because I got the so called Sushi Grade Tuna burger. 1st, was taken back a little when she asked if I wanted both the Tarter Sauce and the Soy. Tarter Sauce? Who the hell puts Tarter sauce on Tuna, let alone "Sushi Grade Tuna". They need to get a Wasabi Mayo something Sauce, or maybe a Ponzo going here.I did not take the sandwich apart. But when I got it. The edge was a shinny uniform tan something. No, edge where you can see the muscle fibers of real Tuna. Had a rubbery consistency. I should have really opened it up to see what I was really eating.To spoil myself more, I got their Banana Creme Milkshake with "Banana Wafers". Taste was great, but the wafer idea is idiotic when you crush them up and put them in the shake. My Straw constantly kept getting clogged with the wafer chunks. Making what would of been an enjoyable drink a pain in the ....Next time, I'll try one of their burgers and a regular shake, before I completely write them off

After months of pasting by, I figured i would give them a try since. It's wasn't a bad burger, but it's didn't wow me. Seemed like an over priced Burger King. Too much BBQ sauce which made it a bit messy. And onion rings were too salty.
The food and service is absolutely amazing here. An easy 10/10. Will totally come back.
