Best restaurant. Staff is great, food is great and prices are good. I'm from Montreal, Canada and everytime I go to New Jersey its a must that I eat at Top Knotch restaurant.
I’m not sure how this place can receive anything other than 1 star. Food is horrible. Collard greens salty watery mess, Mac and cheese very oily, lacked a real cheese and flavor, fish ok, very very small pieces. Potato salad should have been called potatoes mash, no flavor. Cornbread served cold. What a big disappointment! My money was basically a donation. Brought food home and threw it out.
The food is amazing. Everything is delicious and unlike most soul food restaurants, the portions are huge. Whenever I go there I'm eating off of my food for 2 days. Not to mention these ladies are so friendly it's almost like going to a family member's house for dinner.
