1st time here, Hot Bagels but the Bagels I got this morning was pretty cold and hard =.=. Food tastes hmmm.... not a good impression for me. Service was ok but I don't think 🤔 my family would try again.

Ridiculous and they spend 5 mins per task when there's a line out the door. My husband and I stood there right in front of the register for 10 minutes for this worker to say whose next in line and then skip over us. Seriously?! We walked out..they dont deserve business at all. They will never see my money.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s my absolute favorite. Every time I go, it somehow gets even better. My favorite chicken caesar wrap, the kindest staff. This is my forever spot <3

The lady with the glasses seems bothered when I go in . Threw my bagel in a bag, no wrapping like the other employees do. She stays with an attitude depending on your skin color. Today was my last time there.

Complete disappointment! We recently moved to area & have been looking for a regular bagel spot to go to. We decided to stop by & check out Hot Bagels.
Let me tell you that it will be the last time we visit. We ordered a tuna sandwich but it was more of a lettuce sandwich w a hint of tuna, also ordered a chicken sandwich both were extremely dry & bland we had to come home & season it also add mayo.
