Ordered through GrubHub. Paid $30 for a pizza and tipped $6.98. My whole family agreed that neither the crust nor the cheese had any discernible flavor. The random $1.50 Pizza place we ate at in NYC knew their pizza - both the crust and the mozzarella were delicious, but at Vinci's, they (and the whole pizza) were flavorless.

The food was very tasty and the meal presentation was pretty. I Appreciate how they accommodated to my request for how I wanted my spaghetti and meatballs. I will be coming back to try other menu items.

Came in on Friday night, about a hour before closing, and who I believe to be the owner, was awesome. He still honored us a special that was valid Mon-Thursday and come to find extra food thrown in as well. And not to mention the food was deliciousssss!!

Horrible experience. Ordered food for the wife and 3 kids (big order). Had it delivered. Tipped driver $10 and I litterally live only 2 blocks away. Food came COLD 2 HOURS LATER!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER COLD TRASH COLD PIZZA AND FOOD. RATHER ATE SOME LUCKY CHARMS CEREAL.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. HAD to come in to place the order after TRYING to order on the phone, cashier didn’t understand the item we were ordering that we ordered several times before from this location. So we had to drive to the location to place the order…CASHIER was dipsy… didn’t know their prices nor the menu.. ordered a Shrimp Parmigiana sandwich, sandwich was COLD, NOTHING was hot on the sandwich.. asked for the bread not to be toasted, they gave me everything cold, then the kitchen staff and cashier had the audacity to give ME attitude when I asked for the SHRIMP AND CHEESE to be melted.. I asked for my money back, she tried giving me $3 less than what I paid for the sandwich, after bringing it to her attention she gave me attitude to open the register to give me the $3 she owed me.. i will NEVER go back.. I will ABSOLUTELY let anyone and everyone I know, know my terrible experience I had today, and to NOT give them their business, RESPECT and COURTESY goes a long way, and I received NEITHER from this place.
