Very friendly lunch time staff. They usually go above & beyond. Food is always freshly made. I’d like to highlight that Giovanni & paulina care about the customers very much. I found a hair in my burger and they made me a fresh one without hesitation, and bought me a frosty on the house.

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered a large fresh lemonade and each and every time I catch them doing half Minute Maid and half the fresh lemonade, why am I paying for the fresh lemonade if you’re just going to give me Minute Maid? And every time I tell them I saw them do half and half they REFUSE to give me the regular fresh lemonade I PAID FOR. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s, ever. Hire people that aren’t nasty to people or train them in how to talk to customers.

Orders are always wrong, and of course you notice when you’re home because you don’t actually unwrap every single sandwich while you’re there. The food is stale from the most part and so hard to chew. It’s disgusting. I kept trying to give it a chance, but it’s just horrible. This is supposed to be a chicken classic.
No utensils; had to ask for sour cream butter even though it was included. In past no cheese on baked potato even though paid for

So I went to the drive through and placed my order. I asked for two singles with onion, pickle and mayonnaise ONLY. Regrettably, I did not check to make sure it was done correctly. Alas, both burgers had cheese. I guess "Only" means "add anything else you randomly feel like you should just to increase the price." As far as I know, cheese is not only automatically included on everyone's burger. Also, it most definitely does not qualify as either pickles, onions or mayonnaise. I was very upset and was waiting patiently for this review to appear so I could let everyone know just how ignorant it was to add cheese to my burgers. Suffice to say, I will make sure, if I ever return to this location, ever, (doubtful) that I clearly and legibly specify NO CHEESE, on either burger. Again, why would any sane person assume that this is required?? Oh yeah, also-- $16.00 for two singles and a SMALL diet coke. Such gauging.

We could not get served at the counter. Many orders came in by online ahead of us. Lots of people were working, so we finally went back to our car and went to the drive-thru. It was 8 pm on Friday, which may have made things more hectic. I have never had an experience like that at Wendy's elswhere.
