I've consistently had great experiences with Wendy's staff! They're friendly, efficient, and genuinely seem happy to help. The drive-thru moves quickly even during busy times, and I love how easy their mobile app makes ordering ahead. Customizations are always handled perfectly—no eye-rolling when you ask for extra pickles or no mayo. They get it right the first time, which keeps me coming back.

I had placed an order via the Wendy’s app and it was delivered via DoorDash. I had ordered 3 biggie bags double bacon burger. 2 no pickles no mustard and the 3 was no pickles no onions no mustard and can you believe that I only received 2buns mayo tomato and lettuce. Like if I just wanted a veggie burger I would of asked for a veggie burger, I didn’t get bacon nor my double patties nor cheese like the restaurant employees need to look at there food slip or there monitor and make the food as it is on paper or screen. This was sooo upsetting that I will never order from this restaurant ever again I have photos and a video of this incident. Then they tell me to contact the delivery person because they are the people who make the food and that was wrong of Wendy’s to say to me.

Like other fast food joints this one also has micro sizes of their sandwiches compared to the pictures. Many places serve, but appears to be previously sat on sandwiches. Like people actually sit on them before they put them in the bag. I guess that’s the reality.

The manager is rude and condescending I explained to him I was allergic to ketchup so could I have a extra honey mustard for my fries he Said I had to pay 50 cent Because it was a premium sauce after I asked for a refund he gave it to me for free my burger was Ive cold and the iced tea smelled like bleach this is the first time I encountered this manager they’re usually so helpful we eat here 3 times a week with my clients for work terrible customer service

Be advised to tap your credit card and not handle the card for security purposes and also to demand a receipt as well as check the amount charged. I had a few bad experiences in that particular location.

Over a drink, the young lady working the soda machine was upset 😡 and angry for no reason. MAD over working a soda station. Arguing with co-workers who are just trying help. I had to leave my food and go elsewhere. If she's was that mad over soda them fries would have tasted strange. Next time please send her home before can interact with customers.
