I ordered food at the Wing Stop on route 22 in Union, NJ. I ordered these items many times before. This particular time, the food was SUPER salty. I called to complain and they said, “what you ordered was a salty dish”. I explained that I had ordered this many times before and this experience was different. The food was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. After going back and forth, they finally offered a refund and said that they would process it. They never did. I called weeks later to see why they had not given me my refund. They had no real answer. They just asked me for my phone number and said that they would have the manager call me. Again, NOTHING! They never gave me my refund. They never called, nothing. This branch just does not care. This is the second time that this branch manager has done something shady. I had a coupon one time that was emailed to me from the corporate office of Wingstop for a free eight piece. This manager refused to honor it. I gave them another chance and continued to place orders there.
This manager is horrible and does not understand how to retain customers. You have to do right by your customers, their restaurants all over the place that I can order food from why would I continue to come there and be cheated time and time again . I’m out. I will never support that branch again.

Just going to sy they are rude, disrespectful childish. I came in 30 min before closing. They told me I had to order online. I asked why. No answer so I noticed they were counting the draw. They were closing everything early because they felt like it. On a Friday night. Unbelievable.
