I got their pork chop lunch special and the lady upfront was super nice. I think she was the owner. The meat was very good and the fries were fresh -and other Items on the menu are gonna have me returning. Can’t wait to try other dishes.

Disappointed used to come here years ago and the food was always great and fresh.. this time I got boiled then baked ribs and chicken. I usually goto ferry street so maybe I’m spoiled. But this was truly terrible I didn’t even eat it all I gave it to the less fortunate.

Disappointed, I have ordered this menu item several times in the past in person and have always gotten one large rib and one small rib or two large ribs but never this, two small ribs. I guess this is what happens when you order online and don’t tip online, smdh! I purposefully didn’t tip online because I have heard establishments do this, so now I know it’s a legit thing. Treat your customers the same whether they order online or in person because you never know what the end result will be

Horrible! Tough, tasteless pork ribs. The plain yellow rice had more flavor than the ribs. The piece of chicken was unrecognizable. Don’t waste your time and money here. Go to Ferry Street in Newark - it’s worth the trip.

My mom placed an order with them that came up to about $60. When I got there it was confirmed that the wrong chicken was cooked so I asked them to change the chicken. Now as a business owner. Chicken doesn’t amount to $60 , so in my opinion I would’ve just changed the kind of chicken that was cooked. She said she would only change one so I said I wouldn’t pay for neither then. Now you won’t get any money. This lady had the nerve to chase me outside just to tell me I can’t come there anymore. How unprofessional is that! Lady is you crazy now what if I would’ve hurt her? You never know what kind of mind state people are in. Anyway I would not recommend this place. Customer service is trash and half the time the chicken isn’t even cooked. I only ordered there today cause my family wanted some. Stay away from the crazy lady
