Food was wrong messed up me and my kids order. Made the mistake by coming back a 2nd time because it’s close to mountain creek and we love it there. The second time we waited in the drive through line for 40 min! I couldn’t even pull away because I ordered on the app so I was stuck waiting. Y’all need to get it together this is horrendous and inconvenient!

Slowest burger king i have ever been to. Employees always look absolutely miserable. I've given this place multiple chances since its in my local neighborhood but my food is always cold and a mess. I waited 20 mins just to pick up an online order that i had placed 20 mins before. food was cold of course.

I’ve never been here when they weren’t overwhelmed, doesn’t matter if it’s 10 AM, 3 PM, or 9 PM, the service is consistently terrible. Sunday was by far the worst. The staff was drowning in orders, and then another worker casually strolls in, moving with zero sense of urgency. She didn’t wash her hands, touched her nose repeatedly…. absolutely unsanitary. The restaurant itself is filthy, with dead flies scattered everywhere. It took 30 minutes just to get our food, and on top of that, the soda machine was broken. Completely unacceptable.

I nearly never eat fast food, but I was desperate one night. They claimed to be open until midnight, and when we pulled up before midnight we were told that they were closed.
I have tried to give this burger King many chances ad everytime it just gets worse. Today I had to wait for food that still was not the right way we ordered it and just awful to be honest. We will not be going back anymore.

The most incompetent fast food establishment. I've probably been here 5 times in the past year. Every single time, the french fries are cold. Just got the biggest attitude for ordering a hot fudge sundae which is not even hot fudge, it's cheap chocolate syrup on vanilla soft serve. Didn't receive anything else that was supposed to come with it. Ordered the chicken wrap with no tomato and surprise surprise... got the tomato. This place is just unbelievable. How is this location still in business? Can't pay these workers enough to care.

Stopped in yesterday, and normally, I don't have any issues, it's an often empty, less than busy Burger King. I'm glad I didn't go through the drive-through because I wouldn't have witnessed one of the workers assembling burgers without gloves. Bare hands popping open buns, peeling cheese, tucking in beef patties. Another worker did prompt them to correct the situation but one must wonder how often this happens if left unattended. Listen Gloveless-Burger-Assembly-Man, I know BK gives you those crappy, poorly fitting gloves that are annoying af to wear and I'm certain they make it 3000 times more difficult to assemble a burger but please keep them on when building burgies. These foods are ready-to-eat and you know that you really should be wearing them.
