Poor customer service, cold food, soggy fries. nobody seemed to care, place is run into the ground. I guess they are depending on the tourists to stay open. This place is a disgrace to customer service. Stay Away!

So, bought the kids the SpongeBob meals, after I paid, apparently they then ran out of EVERYTHING associated with the $17 meal. Why couldn't this be said to me prior to paying? The burger was ice cold, fries were soggy, service sucked and nobody working seemed to care about any of this. We'll, lesson learned, this Burger King is off my list. I guess the skin people will keep them in business, or maybe they will learn their lesson and not act like they are doing me a favor by being open.

They can only do one car at a time in the drive thru, I placed an order and forgot to add a drink then they couldn’t add the drink on at the window asked for bbq sauce and never received any. Another time I got an order from the mobile app and never received my drink just poor service all the way around

If you like questioning whether that burger you got, had a bite taken out of it, come on down!
If you would like a refund for any of that, don't come here. Went to BK corporate with photos, and they gave me a coupon for less than the sandwich.

App wont load to get the free chicken sandwich went inside theres nothing they can do I was going to buy a meal and get a free chicken sandwich but was told there was nothing they can do so I have to take my business elsewhere

My family only orders fast food 1 time per year as a treat. We ordered 3 bacon king meals. We received 3 plain burgers with NOTHING on them and missing other items we ordered. Judging from the many negative reviews, this location needs to be shut down.

Sorry but this branch is awful. They never get an order right, not even when it’s returned with the ticket and asked to be redone. My kids are always complaining that they forget extra patties, ketchup, cheese- really basic things. Tried to call to speak to manager but of course no one picks up. Total bummer.
