I called for delivery. I was told 45min to hr. That's fine, I've delivered pizza. I called after 1hr 15min just to check on status, not rushing them just curious. I was told I never called back to pay. I asked why would I do that when I told the guy we were paying cash? She then let me know it was never sent out cause I never called back to pay. I said I was paying cash, why would I call back to pay? Sorry, that's unacceptable as a business.
