I went inside to order a coffee last week when the drive through was very busy. I had to ask someone if I could order. I waited a pretty long time for an ice coffee and I saw a girl put an ice coffee on the counter. I asked if it might be mine and she barely acknowledged me other than to say her shift was over. Customer service and efficiency need a lot of work.

I go to this Dunkin everyday before work and this morning I got a coffee and I went to go drink it and something was in it, I took the top off and it was black curly hair. I almost threw up. I tried to call to make a formal complaint but no one picks up the phone. I will never go to this Dunkin, that is absolutely disgusting. Almost 4 dollars for a coffee, to find that, very sad that management has let it get to the point.

I ordered my food and once the order was ready, before I could go and collect it, 2 other customers went through the bag, pulling out food from wrapping to see if it was there’s and then putting it back, one person even taking it away to their table for further “inspection”. Once the bag was put back on the counter, a staff member told me it was mine and handed me the bag. No offer to remake the food that they had stood and watched other customers go through, take out of wrapping, and put back. Needless to say, the food was promptly dumped in the trash upon exiting the store, as the hygiene was now grossly inadequate.
Someone has to say it... the amount of garbage that is falling out of the can at the drive-thru and all the garbage on the ground is atrocious. I'm aware it's a private business, but with all the taxes we pay to live here, this place should be clean enough to eat off the ground. How can anybody let this continue to happen? I was going g to add a photo, but it won't do you justice. Just go visit the place.

Honestly, I stood there for about eight minutes without being acknowledged. I can tell you a million ways to run this store better, but the one thing you didn't get wrong was hiring Aidan. He was kind and helpful. I hope they give this young man a promotion as quickly as possible because I can guarantee he should be the manager of this store and possibly every Dunkin in this area. I also found the guy behind the register to be helpful after stating how upset I was. Do better.

there were only two employees but they never acknowledged a person who walked in the door. They wouldn't take anyone's order who wanted to pay cash. I didn't see the self order kiosk when I first walked in and no one directed me on how to order. I stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to even say good morning and point me in the right direction. Waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and a couple of bagels.

Not a regular as I don't do caffeine. I just wanted a cold refreshing drink. Young gentlemen at the takeout speaker suggested the vanilla bean coolatta! It was terrific, I ordered a serving of hot honey bacon. Great combination at the end of a hot day, salt and sweet! Outstanding customer service!
