The bagel was so good!!! Coming from NYC, lately it’s been hard to get a good tasting and well made bagel even in NY. But this place made the bagel to perfection, perfectly toasted, friendly staff. I was impressed and very satisfied with the bagel.

Somehow at this place you can get an Italian hero with a bunch of deli meats in it for $9 or a miniature croissant with 1 meat (turkey) and 1 cheese for $12. Extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly and looked at us and decided we should pay $12 for a miniature croissant. The price here will be based on what you look like and I guess I looked like a $12 mini croissant. Do not go if you are not a local.

It's ran by two old ladies who are not very friendly at all. Also the bagel place doesn't accept cards!! What bagel place in 2024 doesn't accept cards! So I had to use the ATM there and get charged a 3 $ fee! Will not be going here again as this place needs to learn what being good customer service is and get with the times!

The lady was very rude on the phone as well as when I went inside. The bacon was not well done which I asked for and my bagel was not toasted at all… I will not be coming back here. These employees need to learn what good customer service is and how to actually treat people. There is no reason for them to be acting rude towards the customers that are literally paying so that they can make money. No one said that they had to have this job so maybe if they actually got a degree in something other than working at a bagel store, they would have happier lives. But for now, I will not be tolerating the disrespect that I received today and I hope in the future, no one else will have to experience the disrespect of these employees.
So this is my first time and last time. The bagels are too small for 3.00 and the lady didn’t give me extra butter which I know they charged me for.
Will not return!

Honestly if there was another Begal shop on my way to work, I would go there. The ladies are VERY RUDE! I’ve tried calling ahead to order and multiple time I’ve been put on hold for them NEVER TO COME BACK ON THR PHONE TO TAKE MY ORDER!!! The food is so-so and if I had other options on my wat to work, I would go there!!!
