Every time I go there they say they are out of what I want and I dont order the same thing so it seems like they are out of everything all the time and the girls working act like your bothering them

I was very disappointed at this Starbucks. There were 2 girls at the counter. One was waiting on a customer while the other ignored me. I finally got my coffee that was poured from a container! I have never had coffee from Starbucks from a container. Needless to say..it was just about warm. It was old coffee sitting around. I always get fresh coffee in all the other Starbucks.. The counter area was somewhat dirty as well. The girls working chose to have a conversation instead of doing their job.

I went to Starbucks this morning and the system was down. Fortunately, I had such a pleasant experience with Anna who was working on her own. She was so polite and patient with getting me my coffee and finding what she needed to help me get to the customer service register. I was greeted by two Acme employees (one I believe worked in the deli) who has such kind words to say that just made my day. I didn't catch their names, but the whole team left me with a smile on my face walking out of the store!

Giving 1 star because every time I come here Sarah is working by herself, taking orders & making drinks. It’s too much for 1 person. People are staring at her & get annoyed that their order takes a while. I feel bad for her. Starbucks, you should do better. You can afford to hire another person.

Stopped by for a coffee and breakfast wrap. Was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews but glad I went. Audrey was my barista and so sweet!
Went to this location around 10am today happy in a great mood and from the bat the older girl on shift who took my order had a complete attitude problem. I than after getting my drink said can I please buy 1 cup im sorry but I love it and been dyeing for this one, she than rolls her eyes at me and walks away and ignores me as I stood there for 5 mins the younger girl rang me up... there is no reason that older girl should have acted this way it's disgusting I've been coming to this location forever and it was my go to but ppl you hire like this just make it a horrible experience for anyone! Very disappointed

I've been told the machines don't work when it's later in the day, rushed to place my order and go away especially during busier times, given the WRONG MILK when I ask for oat milk from being lactose intolerant, and despite tipping basically every time even with these mistakes and having a card they skimp on caramel and pack in the ice at a significant difference from other locations. Thought it was personal until I read the reviews, this has been going on for years. I guess it just matters if the business makes money instead of being effective or a good representation of the brand in consistency of quality or service.
