Ordered 4 rolls, was told be ready in 15 mins.. showed up 20 mins later and was told “oh sorry forgot to start your order.” Then when I did receive my sushi it was thrown together like they shook it in the container then handed it to me:))) I get places get busy but no one was in there… 100% will stick to going to wings down the street, usually do they were just closed today.

One of the worst ever resturant i have visited in united states up to my very poor experience as the manager and waiters cooperate to overcharge customers , please double check your recepts before you pay as they just overcharged me almost $12 dollars
When i complained to owner(women) she scolded me and she was very rude talking to me
The food also they have cheated me so badly as they served me different from what i ordered and when i complained i got NOTHING than sorry but never offered me to change the food
I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED this restaurant to any customer especially new customers to them
The most shocking for me when the owner refused to refund me until i have called 911 and reported them as well as i filed DISPUTE case to the bank
Great thanks to Authorities in united states like police and banks who always get customers rights done

So very disappointed… this used to be a great restaurant. Personally I’m not a huge sushi lover but my husband is so we do go there occasionally. I usually will have a Hibachi item and I do like a couple of slices of the Golden Dragon Roll. We went tonight the “hostess “ was surly at best with her greeting. We ordered our specialty roll as an appetizer which came out fully cold and unde 5 minutes leading us to believe it was premade. Was still tasty but again disappointing. Our main meals included salad and when I asked for a fork the “hostess/server” got a cheap plastic fork and threw it on the table!!! Sorry but I can’t eat salad with chopsticks!! My husband then said can we please get REAL silverware??? The food used to be great but not so much anymore. No wonder on a Friday night at 7:30 there was no wait! We’ll drive the5 minutes further to Eastern garden from now on!!

I’ve visited this restaurant several times before, but unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the first waitress slammed the menus on the table without a word and walked away. I tried to ask her for a high chair, but she ignored me and turned her back before I could finish speaking.
Shortly after, another waitress came to take our order, but she didn’t have anything to write with and seemed disorganized. We ended up receiving the wrong sushi, and to make matters worse, the quality was poor—the rice was chewy, the rolls fell apart easily, and nothing tasted fresh.
Throughout the meal, the staff was inattentive and never once checked in to see how we were doing. At the end, as we were counting our cash to pay, the waitress abruptly grabbed the money out of our hand, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never coming back there.

It’s not good anymore . We ordered rolls as always but they weren’t fresh ,rice was so crispy like made 1 week ago. They have not checked us if everything is okay, we leave most of them on the plate and they didn’t ask if there is something wrong and lastly when we prepare to pay she didn’t even wait to put all money put on the bill. That was so rude. We are so disappointed!
