Bagelwich Bagels had a great environment where the staff truly cares about the customers and wants to help them out and treats regular customers like family, very kind. The bagels were incredible, homemade bagels that you can see being made fresh in the kitchen.

I returned to this spot for the 1st time in 15+ years this summer. Not sure if the owners are the same. I always ordered the beef bacon egg and cheese and it did not disappoint my 1st time back. I've revisited probably 5+ times since. The quality has been hit or miss. Bagels are still the best I've had (fresh, crispy outside & soft inside). I just wish the quality was more consistent. The customer service isn't anything to praise, but I don't have any complaints.

Horrible horrible horrible. I called Saturday night for pickup a bagel platter and asked for them to be cut in 4s. When I got there the bagels on platter were sliced down the middle, when I politely asked the lady at the front with her bra showing if they could be cut in 4s she nastily said no because it was wrapped already and proceeded to call the man that took my order up to the front (is this a joke?) . The man and I went back and forth when he denied that I asked for them to be cut in 4s (again is this a joke? ) then they finally agreed to cut them in 4s but charged me an extra 2$ even tho they knew it was for the church. This place is garbage

They use quality products and is baking all morning leaving u walking out with warm bagels at lunch. Rare and delish.

The service here has gone down significantly and to be quite frank. The premium price for a bagel is simply not worth waiting in line 25 minutes while the same two people take two hours to get me my bagel. There are plenty of other good new bagel shops that are cheaper and the speed at which they deliver their product as many times better. The new one in Montclair is very good.

People at front counter could be more welcoming - a bit friendly - that aside, food is fresh, place clean - Bagels, food very good - Take Out or there is some outdoor seating.

Good place, great service, girls work very hard, unfortunately their boss is a miser, no air conditioning inside, over 85 F temperature like in a henhouse

Excellent bagels

There's a rude, miserable, and mean woman working the counter. Who cares what the bagels taste like. I won't go back on principle.
