We have been coming here consistently and the quality of food, service and atmosphere has been maintained.
It doesn’t matter what you order, the food tastes amazing.
The Servers deserve every cent of the tip as they are nice and make sure you feel well taken care of.
The place it self is minimal and very clean just how I prefer it.

By far our favorite restaurant. We eat here often and each time we leave incredibly happy. Every dish is perfection. The service is excellent. The people are kind. From the wings to the butternut squash soup to the kimchi fried rice to the short rib to the risotto and the crème brûlée, you absolutely cannot go wrong with any of it! They even have great mocktails! Their dishes are creative and delicious that it’s difficult to want to eat anywhere else. Bloom has essentially become a comfort place for us. 100000/10 must try!

Bloom is an exceptional fusion restaurant that we wish we had known about sooner! So far we’ve only been twice but each time the service has been kind and professional, the food amazing and memorable. It’s our new go to spot for celebrations now.
We tried their winter and spring menus and each time found obsession worthy flavour. On Valentine’s Day we ordered the shishito peppers twice because we couldn’t stop snacking on them. Every element of their Short Rib plate is so good, but I’d happily eat just a bowl of the carrot purée alone. More recently we tried the citrus honey chicken wings which are a new favourite! The flavour is so bold and delicious. As for dessert, the quality of their cheesecake is top tier.
Bloom masterfully delivers their Korean/french fusion menu and all I can do is sing it praises. I highly recommend you try it out.

We enjoyed the food a lot!! Very fresh and delicious!
To start, the food is absolutely delicious here. The unique Korean/French fusion had some interesting and tasty options. Will definitely go back to order things I didnt get to try. Unfortunately, it was evident that they were understaffed (maybe it was just this one night? Things happen). The person who sat us was also the server, food runner, and busser; with all these responsibilities, it was impossible to be as attentive as I know they could have been because they were very sweet and polite. Despite the service, I would still recommend coming here because the quality of food is outstanding.

Tried Bloom for the first time last night. The food was excellent, and the service even more impressive. I really enjoyed the Chicken Coq Au Vin and will be back for the famous kimchi fried rice!

Edit: I appreciate the fast response from the restaurant, and I recognize that reservations would have been wise on a Friday night. I don’t fault the restaurant for not having a table available indoors and offering options at the bar or outdoors. However, reservations wouldn’t have changed the management of the technical difficulties that occurred last night, so the restaurant’s recommendation to make reservations doesn’t change my overall impression or plans not to dine in at Bloom. Still loved the food, though!TLDR: amazing food, get takeout/don’t eat inLonger version: I’m sad not to give five stars because the food here is overall spectacular. We’ve done takeout as well as dined in, and I will definitely do takeout again because the food is so freaking good. Specific dishes and service experience described below.Food highlights:- short rib (melts in your mouth and comes with the most adorable side of potato ever)- pork belly (juicy, salty, satisfying, with a deliciously sweet sauce)- bulgogi and kimchi fried rice (great intro to Korean food for anyone who hasn’t had it before and satisfying for Koreans who miss home)- shishito peppers (lightly crisp, not too spicy)- bone marrow (luscious, salty, decadent)Just Okay- bread (miserly side of butter that covered maybe two slices)- shrimp balls (nothing special)Service: for takeout, super easy and accommodating, 5 stars. The glimpse of the interior made us think we’d found our new favorite restaurant, and we were excited to dine in!Service: for dining in, without reservations, they only had seats outdoors, and in March 2024, they have 4 tents out back. The tents are theoretically kept warm with heat lamps and a clip that keeps the tent flaps closed. However, even though we arrived to an empty restaurant, the only available seats available were at the bar or in one the four empty tents. We (wrongly) went with the tent option. The heat lamp was broken in the first tent, and after they tried fixing it and had multiple people come in to press the on/off button in confusion (while leaving the tent flaps open), they only moved us after we requested it. We had already received our first appetizer to give you an idea of how long this took. Only two tents seemed to have working heat lamps at the time they moved us.Our second tent’s heat lamp also stopped working because too many things were plugged in? So we heard someone say to “only plug in what’s needed!!” and that it “should” work now. The tent eventually warmed up, but we had to make sure that the tent flaps were clipped closed each time anyone came in or out because no one else seemed to care.Management never offered a courtesy appetizer or drink (non-alcoholic since Bloom is BYOB), and I don’t know what was happening inside. However, the outdoor experience was enough that I don’t want to risk dining in at Bloom ever again and would never recommend it to anyone either.
