I brought my siblings here , it was an amazing experience ,the staff was friendly , and Santa was so nice. They loved it here!! I would recommend the chicken and waffles!

I would give this place no stars if I could. I made reservations for their advertised “Brunch with Santa” times were from 12pm-4pm. I was told they only had 2pm or 4pm available. I chose 4pm. When I showed up there was no Santa and I was told the kitchen was about to close. I told them I had reservations. They then told me “okay we’ll take you but you need to put in your order in like 5 minutes”Why even advertise a holiday special event in the restaurant when there was not even anything close to it. There was barely any decorations, the place is a basic bakery/cafe looking place. And then have the nerve to rush me when they messed up on their part.

Here on an early Saturday afternoon. It’s a second visit, to finally try some of the regular food samplings. Go here and enjoy!! This avocado toast is tasty. It’s served on a small carving board, and comes with your choice of home fries or salad and a really good swath of avocado. Loved the potatoes. Golden, crispy outside, hot and fluffy inside! ? Decaf coffee is robust. They were a bit busy, and are looking to hire staff; so, not going to fault on the bit of a wait for service. Will definitely be back… soon, to try more delights. P.S.: Hubby had the short stack of regular pancakes. Couldn’t resist a taste, because they looked so good. They were fluffy and delicious. Sorry.. missed that photo op for you. No matter. You won’t be disappointed if you order them.

I dont normally write reviews but when i do its because it has bothered me that much. I came in ordering a cold brew with regular vanilla flavoring, and it tasted absolutely atrocious, as if they dont know how to brew or make their own cold brew, i simply just threw it out as it made my stomach hurt. After that i went and ordered an avocado toast all for it to taste plain, bland, and overall very chewy and wasnt appetizing at all.

I LITERALLY come to this place every weekend for brunch and I love the vibe, however it’s the WORST service I have ever had. This place has a lot of potential and from me they have a regular customer. It hurts to leave a 20% tip when the waitresses don’t care about you, take several minutes to go to your table (take orders, cleaning up), they’re just taking to each other and watching their phone, I have to look at them directly to simply ask them for the check. I’m tired of getting up and go to the cashier to get them my card. Hope you can improve in the service

Felt more like a cafe / restaurant than a coffee shop. Coffee was ok - I got an iced mocha & wasn't impressed. The menu items looked good - maybe if I'd tried some of the food that would have made a better impression? Atmosphere was a bit odd, people in the kitchen talking loudly, loud pop music- not a relaxing work / study environment, but there is a lot of seating if you'd like to find a place to sit for a while.
On Bloomfield Ave, so parking is what it happens to be when you show up! Deceptively bigger than you think. We had a large group and we fit fine. Food is definitely tasty, only could grab a few pictures. Sadly, none of these were my dishes, but those who had them approved! Chill interior with a few high tables up front. Counter ordering or server, either way they seemed very flexible. That's a plus. I will have to take my daughters one day and giving it a touchdown!

Tried calling ahead so I wouldn't have to wait for my order, first they hung up on me, then I couldn't get through when I tried calling back. Had to wait for 40 minutes to get my order once placed at the business for carry out...

This place use to be great! A nice neighborhood cafe. Not anymore. The waitresses are the most unfriendly people I've ever seen. Not a smilie or even a hello. I could get over that stuff as long as the food is good which it wasn't. I ordered eggs. Simple enough right?? Nope, they came out like a hockey puck and were beyond salty. I like salt more than most, so if I couldn't eat it, I can't imagine anyone could! Unless the original owners come back, pick somewhere else to eat!

What a gem! So glad we discovered this charming café right in Verona. We went for Sunday brunch and it was a lovely vibe. As we arrived there was a live jazz band wrapping up their set. Good coffee, good pancakes, good chicken and waffles. Friendly service, too. I’ll probably return sometime during the week to work on my laptop, it seems like a good place to get some work done during the week.
