Very nice cocktails, they were the best part. The food was very, very bland- lacked flavor and spice and everything except the salty guacamole needed salt. I drove around for 10 minutes to find parking- the lot only has a few spaces and street parking is regularly occupied. They should consider valet for weekend nights. The service was good they were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t come back again for food but would come for a really good margarita or cocktail if already...
Disappointing meal and service. Drinks were heavy on the lime making it off balance and not delicious. Carnitas tacos, were bland topped with a tiny bit of green possibly tomatillo or green salsa? With a tiniest bit of chopped red onions. My shrimp entree was dry and a couple of the shrimp were overcooked and at room temperature at best. The accompanying tostones were well fried and crispy but the rice was dry, did not taste fresh and was also lukewarm. How do you plate a dish...
I haven’t eaten here perhaps a dozen times, I’ve had Several instances of being dumbstruck by how good some of the dishes are at Nomada. This reasonably priced, family friendly spot is batting way above its’ weight class as is one of the best restaurants in the area.
