Overall, I did enjoy my meal but I don't think the quality quite matches the price. I ordered the chicken kebob and baklava. The chicken was overcooked and didn't seem to have much seasoning on it. The rice pilaf, baklava, and others sides were very good.If it were cheaper, I probably wouldn't have had any issue but it ended up being around $70 for two meals and a side. I have had better kebobs for half the price. If I do eat here again I would likely try a different entree.
I love eating at the Olive Branch when I visit Cape May. My table ordered the flash fried halibut and lobster tail, grilled octopus, lamb shank, chop chop mad Greek salad, and the mussels saganaki. Every component of each dish, right down to the feta and the rice pilaf, was perfect. Beverly was a sweetheart and told us about the family history of the restaurant.
