I understand Chick-fil-A’s policy on customer service, but the fake kindness shouldn’t extend to the point of making customers uncomfortable while ordering. Some of the employees sound like they’re reading from a script, and it feels awkward knowing there’s a real person with their own personality underneath the facade.

Stopped in to pick up a sandwich for my 1-year-old grandson so he could have for lunch the sandwich was hot and delicious of course I ate part of it he couldn't tell me yet LOL

When you order double meat on a salad is doesn't appear to be double meat. It looks like the throw a little broken bits on top. I've gotten double meat at other cfa and its noticeably extra meat. For $5 I don't bother ordering it here anymore. We've ordered double meat salads from. Here at least 5 times and its always slacking. The cfa by the mall usually put a heaping pile of chicken on top when you order double.
