The service was great. The kids they have working there are doing an awesome job! Food was just ok. A little heavy on the rice and didn't have much flavor. My main complaint is that for $60 we got 4 burritos, and world's smallest order of queso and chips. Probably will never be back.

The place was very dirty, messy, full of garbage on the floor in the kitchen and where the food was, everything was full of food waste, the dining room tables were all dirty, full of napkins, a mess from the staff to the very service they provide.

This location obviously has a lot to work on (evidenced by the other reviews). Really bad service and portions compared to every other Chipotle I’ve been to. You’re better off going down the road to Moe’s.

I placed an online order for chicken bowl as you know you can ask for extra rice extra whatever you want so I thought I finally got extras because it's usually light no matter what option you pick but they only gave me extra so they can cover up the fact that they didn't give me chicken literally there was ONE piece of chicken throughout the entire Bowl ONE!! the bowl was overflowing with everything else it was too late for me to go back or to even call when I found out it was about 9:40 I'm so disappointed and I even left a tip smh never again. I placed the order online so it wouldn't have mattered if I would have had to wait for the chicken to be cooked I would have rather had to wait than to be ripped off

Such a disappointment, dirty 1st off! Then they was scrapping the bottom of the tin for my steak bowl ,looked old, tasted old, then overcharged me 12$. I'll never go there again, Taco Bell is way better n tastes better, priced better! Slop in a bowl then charge for the chips to eat your bowl. I walked out!!!

If we could give zero stars we would. We ordered online and it said 7:30pm pick up time(At the window). My husband got there at 6:50pm, by the time they got to the window it was 7:15pm. The worker sent him away because "he was too early" and he had to get back in the line. After waiting in line again, they finally got our order it was 8:20pm and the food was cold. Not to mention I spent 8 dollars on some queso cheese and chips and they gave me the smallest side cup of queso, definitely not the large or even 2 dollars worth.Shame on this establishment. I called to complain and no one answers the phone. So I called the 1800 customer service number and the lady told me she would put 2 entrees and 2 chips and guac and side of queso back on my account. I told her 15x that we do not eat guac....and that I wanted a large queso like I paid for. She told me I technically am not paying for it because she is giving us 2 free entrees, the small chips, side of guacamole and side of queso....I don't understand what she isn't understanding. We paid for a large queso that we didn't get and now she is giving us 1 free item that we don't eat and 1 free item that we paid 4x the amount for? At that point I just hung up with her. Taco bell is right next door, and Moe's is right down the road ...not to Mention the many many authentic Mexican restaurants that provide way better service and much more appetizing food.Zero out of 10. I do not recommend.

too bad i cant even try it. quesadillas and lifestyle bowls are "digital only", so i went on the website to place an order, and it says online ordering unavailable at this location...... so no one can get quesadillas or lifestyle bowls? no one on their lunch break can order ahead? SMH yall wont last a year at this rate. ✌️

I've been eating at Chipotle for 22 years in Denver. They are the most consistent and quality fast food restaurant out there. And thank you for coming to this town. Also vegetarian friendly. Please give them a chance to get the kinks out people.

I wish I could give this Chipotle a 5 stars review but I can't because even though the food is nice the portions are way far from what I always get. I guess this is because the staff is new and they barely know the correct food portion a bowl has but I hope this can change soon.

How is it that yall just open and already hate working. Very rude and not friendly at all. The energy of the workers are like they are annoyed because they have to work. Not only that this is why I like doing online orders but even that they couldn’t get right took longer then the time it was supposed to be done and employee got mad because I asked her for my order .
