Horrible experience! First thing the bartender didn’t make the drink right we ordered. It was a Long Island with pineapple and cranberry juice instead of cola. We have had this drink everywhere else but the bartender never heard of it and told us we were wanting a Malibu bay breeze which is totally different. So we just got miller lite instead. Second, we were done our food and waiting 20 minutes for bill and box then I got annoyed and went to front desk about it. They told me she would be with us in a few minutes. Well it sure was a few minutes, then she gave us the bill on the table thing they bill on. We had a gift card and I told her, she walked away. We waited 10+ more minutes and we finally just told the bartender we left the gift card and money on the table. We told the manager before we got the bill and he didn’t do anything to make it better. It was the worst experience and will never be back to that Olive Garden.

Food was great service was amazing and the athmospere was nice and quite beutiful place only thing I wish the calamari had calamari inside it was mostly crispi batter that's my only complaint other than that food was good and the lady that serves us was amazing 👏

Olive Garden used to be a treat, but now it’s boring “Italian” food. Don’t know why they started shaking the spoon on the breadsticks, but it’s like pulling teeth to get a refill. Plus they changed the breadsticks! I don’t think they have added a new menu item in 10 years. Don’t ask for a bar drink because you’re waiting. Always 1-2 people at the bar, 1 bartender, but 15 minutes to get a draft beer. And to top it all off, at the end of your tolerable meal, no mints. Another kick to the nuggets to save a buck.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION THAT CLOSES AT 10PM TODAY WEDNESDAY BECAUSE THE KITCHEN CLOSES AT 9:30PM , THEY DON'T TAKE WALK-IN ORDERS OR CALL IN TO PICKUP ORDERS. SO WHY IS THE CLOSING TIME NOT 9:30PM INSTEAD OF 10PM.

Mmmm microwaved Italian food lol

So I was sitting at the table and the waiter said “would you like soup or salad” and since the waiter said it so fast , I stayed in confusion and I said “sure” and I embarrassed myself in front of everyone . Very disappointed.

Jake was so amazing to my friends and family we had such a great time and he made reservations for us to sit at a huge table with less than 5mins of notice it was such a great experience!!! Thank you Jake.
