Rita’s has great water ice. Their ice cream is delicious too. Their facility is always clean and friendly. I enjoy going there!

The attitude that girl has when it comes to serving customers is terrible. Today, April 15th at 2:10 in the afternoon, the one who is working, if you don't want to work, go home. I told her to make me one with ice cream on top and not on the bottom. She made it and threw it away. She made a new one and threw it down and on top. No, it wasn't what I asked for. She did it reluctantly, ignoring me when we told her. Terrible.

Local. Can walk In. I will visit. No need to eat in the car or outside. I love that it's a place to walk inside, which is very rare at other locations.

love this location. they just allowed me to place an order on the phone 1 minutes before closing (meaning I wouldn't be there for it until 15 minutes after closing). As everyone knows it is very often the little things that make such a huge difference. My son had just done his debut performance for his Middle School play and I had all three of my kids with me and this was just the literal cherry on top of such a great night. I have so much appreciation for people that brighten others days, especially when they do it without any obligation to whatsoever. Thank you rita's! (sorry for spelling) but thank you Angelie and Kelly!!!

best place in the area. Very clean,employees have an awesome attitude, and prices are manageable.

Parking: There's good amount of parking but if it's summertime you have to time your trip right. Because they do get busy.

I love their concrete. I get the vanilla ice cream with Reeses cups. So good. It is real thick. My grandson gets the Swedish Fish water ice with gummy bears on top. Their mint chocolate chip water ice is delicious. That's my other go to flavor when I am in the mood for water ice.
