Hey, I went to Rita’s today at around 4:00pm and the worker named Kelli was so sweet. She took my order and made my order extremely fast. I am proud that I came to this Rita’s this afternoon. I visited recently during a busy afternoon, and even though the line was long, the team was fantastic. I was served by Juan and Kylie. They were so patient and kind. Despite the pressure and all 1000 question I asked, they kept everything moving quickly while staying friendly. It made the wait worth it. THANK YOU SO MUCH KYLIE AND JUAN.
