I am 71 years old and I suffered a stroke recently which caused me to become very weak. I placed my order inside the store and yadiel offered me a cup holder and since my body is weak I requested a bigger cup holder. He handed me the cup holder and offered me a bag so it would be easier for me to carry. This was so sweet and kind of him to do that for me and I appreciate it so so much. He made my day! He made me feel special.

There was a huge line and the team members wiped out the line, surprisingly fast. The wait time was not long at all. This is why I love this Rita’s location. I would like the team members to be recognized for their hard work in making sure the line was moving smoothly and fast. Also the customer service was great tonight. 💨
