The cheesesteaks taste good but barely have any meat it's all bread. I just paid for bread lettuce and onion. I see some of the other reviews saying the same thing as an owner you think you would tell your cooks were getting bad reviews let's put more meat.

Ordered a cheesesteak pizza through doordash and the picture attached is what showed up compared with the picture from their menu. For $26 I got some beef and cheese slices on a crust. When I called to ask what happened I was told it was likely because I didn't select all of the toppings when I put the order in. I went back to doordash and there are no toppings options only the list of toppings in the description. Doordash's default refund is $5 so I'm left out $19 on this joke of a pizza. If you're ordering from here make sure you tell them what comes on their pizzas so they don't forget.

Tonight I was driving with my kids in the car On Main Road This black car passed us on the right at a high rate of speed and came to a sudden stop at the new red light I had to hard brake Scared the kids I followed him to the Parking lot of this establishment And Yes we had a heated Verbal exchange Later I called the store And asked for a manager This young girl got on the phone Nasty and ignorant Told me she wasn’t responsible for the driver outside the building I asked for the owner to call me And offered my name and number She refused to take it And told me “the Owner will never call you about that ! Then she told me have a nice life or night And hung up!!!! I kept asking If this was the proper representation of their business All to no Avail Needless to say I will never Patronize Bad Taste Of Italy Ever Again!!!! A

Ordered a cheesesteak sub. The menu said the price was $9 but was told $11.68. When I asked about the difference in $$ the girl behind the counter gave me an eye roll and said “I don’t know. Tax or something I guess. “ My order was to go and when I opened the sub the roll was noticeably void of meat. Okay, I get that they probably raised their prices and too cheap and/or lazy to replace the menus. But don’t skimp on the main part of the sandwich on top of that. I’ll be looking to support a different local small business that’s honest .

I had a frustrating experience during my visit. When I asked the waitress if they had any pizza slice specials, she informed me that there were none available for takeout, only for dine-in. I found this disappointing, so I inquired with the cooks, as they have been there for a long time and might have insights. However, the cashier rudely interrupted, telling me not to ask them because they "don’t know anything."
I felt disrespected as a customer; I was simply seeking information. The waitress dismissive attitude was uncalled for, and she walked away rather than engage in a constructive conversation. It’s unfortunate, as I was looking forward to enjoying a meal there. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

The food was very good. The wait service was a little slow and the place was empty. The high chair for our little one was too big and the adjustments were kind of worn out and didn't fit our child. She was well able to stand up while being strapped in! I I go back with our little one, I will bring our folding high chair. However, I don't think I should have to.
