Tough, dry, bready bagel. Menu on the wall was unreadable. Tables were dirty.

Large variety of bagels. Service is immediate and bagel &spread are fresh and flavorful!!! Coffee is fresh and hot. Tables for a quick bite are available but no waitress service.
Parking is plentiful!!!!

My wife and I were in the area and wanted a quick breakfast bagel and coffee. We chose to get a bagel&creamcheese, bagel&lox.
Only giving 2 stars as the coffee and sandwiches weren’t bad.
But, there was plenty of staff nearby that could have at the very least addressed us, yet no one did. Understandably, most were working on orders, but at the very dont leave us hanging for a hoping to be recognized.

What was not worth 5 stars nor a future return visit was the sticky tables and floor. Our arms stuck to the table so we put napkins down, which we removed we left and you can see evidence from pics.
You know theres a problem when surfaces are stickier than a crappy movie theater.

I always have an amazing experience at this establishment! There was two blonde girls on the counter and they were both very nice and eager/fast to help each customer! The blonde girl with the glasses had moves like I never seen before, I mean she was just so fast and her work ethic is just unmatched every time I go in. The girls are always so welcoming and always so sweet. I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese and it was a really good sandwich if I do say so myself. I will be back for more I just can’t stay away from this place!!

Where's the beef? Hardly any egg or meat. It's like a cheese bagel sandwich. This place used to be the best.

Worst customer service! The lady was incredibly rude at the cash register when i was picking up breakfast for our healthcare workers ! I also was overcharged for my food compared to your prices that you portray online… also just make note to tell your customers who are buying over 30 bagels that cream cheese or butter is not included. Please do better. I spent over $40 for bagels with no cream cheese or butter for your healthcare workers.

Stopped in recently on a weekday during what should have been the lunch rush - the place was empty except for me - should have taken the hint. Service was OK, but aside from the AC apparently not working, the tuna salad sandwich I ordered was small, flavorless, and stingy on the filling - and came with nary a pickle or bag of chips. Vending machine quality, yet not cheap. Maybe this place survives because the late, great Masso's on Lakeview Drive is no longer their competition. Won't be going back.

No restrooms. The menu on the wall looks like it was written 20 years ago and no paper menus are available. The bagel was very dry. Extra fee to use the card. These factors may not be a problem for some, but not the best business practice in my eyes.

I got the wrong sandwich twice, messed up my order. Then finally had to settle for a REALLY SALTY sandwich...why is this sandwich 7 DOLLARS

I saw the reviews about the meat. Just ask for double if you're extra hungry. I was in and out in 5 minutes. They couldn't have been more efficient!

Bagel was good. Sandwich was made fresh and staff were friendly. There WAS pork roll even though I could barely taste it was so thin. The egg was also over cooked. At least I didn’t have to worry about the salt and cholesterol from the pork roll.
This was about $6.60.

Great bagels! Nice selection too

They have good bagels. When I’m in the area I always stop by. Nice variety of bagels and drinks. The staff is nice also. They have a lot of paring here.
