They actually charged me for a bagel to replace the one they made a mistake on earlier in the day, even after telling them why I was buying it. Check your sandwiches carefully before walking out. Otherwise, great place as always.

Absolutely horrible experience for my first time.Too much butter, Crumbled burnt pieces of bacon, ONE flimsy thin egg. Asked them 3 times to toast it. Waited 20 min for this slop.
PS. STOP PUTTING SO MUCH BUTTER ON BAGELS. look at how many people complain about that!

I only had a bagel with cream cheese. The variety of bagels is great, along with the variety of cream cheese. Nice spot to swing by before I go to work

I ordered a plain bagel, toasted, with American cheese and pork roll. This was not a cheap sandwich, yet what I received was honestly shocking. One paper-thin slice of American cheese and a single sad piece of pork roll on a dry bagel. That’s it. No attempt at balance, no generosity, no effort—just bare-minimum ingredients slapped together and sent out.

This wasn’t a mistake or a “busy day” issue. This was outlandishly skimpy and showed a complete lack of pride in the product. I’ve seen better sandwiches made as jokes.

For the price charged, this is unacceptable. If this is the standard you’re comfortable serving customers, I have zero interest in ever coming back. Easily the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever been served—not because of taste, but because of how little care clearly went into it.

Save your money. I won’t be returning.

Its hard to mess up a bagel shop. Or so I thought. Service is literally snail paced slow. Tuna salad is watery and yuck. Bagels are no way good enough to wait in line for. I love a good Manhattan bagel for reference. I also like a cup of hot coffee with my bagel. Is that asking too much?

Store was dirty inside and out, lady at the counter told us that they only had plain cream cheese and nothing else. I was first ignored, that rushed for my order, and when it was dont they threw the bag across the counter and walked away l.

Great place for local breakfast, definitely just your average local spot. Nothing crazy just your ordinary breakfast. Staff is amazing and always helpful. They deserve the 5 star service.

Bagels are phenomenal but the food service side is atrocious and antiquated leading to long lines and inconsistent service.
Love the bagels, just take them home and make your own sandwiches.

Wondering if this place will ever feel more than a social experiment testing patience, having your order questioned to death and under delivery. Look at this sad, sad sandwich. Used to be pretty good, ran right into the ground

Bagelbin used to be the main spot in Voorhees to go pick up fresh bagels. Recently in 2025 they have let me down one too many times with cold untoasted bagels After requesting toasted. The bagels nowadays are hard and chewy nothing like before. Just not the same.
