BWW Charging folks for ranch when they purchase wings yall should be a shamed of yall self, however the folks worker there are pleasant

Take out is preferable. The eating in doesn't look too appealing to me. No sides with your wings. Extra charges: blue cheese, ranch, celery, etc.... Unreal!!! The prices are high though.

Incredibly slow. Waited 30 minutes longer than my pick up time. 2 workers when obviously they were overwhelmed. Not fair to the employees when they don’t have enough workers! Last time going there. Wingstop your next.Owner you should pay more attention to your business!!!

Ordered online, people were nice and pointed me to my order in the pickup area. Got home and they had hidden some tiny or partial wings under a couple regular sized ones in each section so didn't really get the full value of my 20 wing purchase. Disappointing.

I’ve always been a fan of BWW and when this BWW Go opened a few miles from my house, I was ecstatic. I’ve been a happy customer up until today. I ordered 20 mild wings with ranch, blue cheese and celery/carrots on the app for the Eagles game tonight. I got home with my food and was presented with a box of cold, shriveled up wings with literally no sauce on them whatsoever, a bag with 2 little pieces of celery and one baby carrot. To say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I usually am not one to complain or write bad reviews, but for $29.99 for 20 wings, these wings were borderline inedible. It’s as if the wings were made in bulk earlier in the day and they were just sitting under a heat lamp drying out until they were ordered. I know today is a big wing day, it’s the first Eagles game of the season. But come on guys, I’m hoping this is just a fluke and not a sign that your quality is waning.

I like the cauliflower wings here, but I do wish it was a bit quicker. I do think it's a bit expensive for what you get.

So friendly,clean store front and the wings were delicious with maple Chipotle being my new favorite!

I've been to a few BWWGO locations, I really appreciate that she made my fries fresh. Cashier was super friendly, establishment was clean, my food was fresh. No complaints here, BWW is getting a bit pricey but that's beside the point. I'd definitely hit this location again.

Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.

11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Despite not digging the wings the first time, I would give them another try for free.
