Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.

11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Despite not digging the wings the first time, I would give them another try for free.

The girl can’t even take a simple order and said that’s what u ordered.
I ordered 15 boneless and 15 traditional wings.
I got 20 traditional.
Pay attention what u r doing!!!

Horrible customer service idk who the white lady with the red hair is but her customer service sucks. She’s very nasty and rather argue with the customer than to actually do her job. You have a few nice and respectful employees such as brina I believe is her name. She is great she even was great to my autistic daughter.

I tried BWW's for the first time. I was hoping that since it was early in the day, before noon, that I would get good, hot, fresh wings. Instead what I got were wings that looked like they were cooked yesterday and some sauce was poured over them. They were not even warm. I won't be going back!

Set up is exactly like wingstop. Really small store with limited menu. Food is OK not worth returning.

Food is great. Kitchen staff is amazing. Especially Cody, always friendly and welcoming when taking my order.

First and last time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered the number 1 with fries, mild, blue cheese dip. What I got was boneless chicken that look like chicken nuggets with hot sauce. Wasted money had to trash the chicken. Could only eat a small amount of the salty fries. Wasted money, never again.

Good afternoon Google Family. I enjoyed my first visit here. I have tried to come here before but I'm thinking I must have been too early. They open around 11 am and I always come here in the shopping center to work out at the Edge and I must have left too early. I asked the associate how long have they been there and she said they have been open since January of 2024. Its dark in there and I didn't think they were open. But they were open. But its okay, now I know. I ordered food for my mom and I. We ate potato wedges and chicken nuggets and the nuggets came with fries. I asked them to put the sauce on the side, not on the items. And they did. I ordered barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauce. When I arrived home, Mom and I ate the lunch and we truly enjoyed it. I don't usually eat fast food, since I eat healthy, but I can have one cheat day. Good night Google Family.

Parking: There is a huge parking lot here. There are other establishments here, like the Edge Fitness Club, The Dollar Tree, Citizens Bank, Dunkin Donuts, among others.

Love that this place is close compared to the closest full restaurant, BWW. Love the wings and cheese curds. Fave sauce is the chiploe bbq dry rub. Weekly specials through the app are great deals.

Placed order at 7:26 pm via App as I sat in my car outside the store, it showed order will be ready for pickup by 7:40 pm. My order got ready at 8:04 pm. A number of other orders got ready before my order as they popped on the screen inside the store after my name got displayed. Went inside, picked up my order from the shelf, no one gave me any apology for the delay in my order nothing else was said and done expect HAVE A GOOD NIGHT as I exited the store! I will not order from this location again nor I will recommend it to anyone. Spent $96.60 for this kind of service, very disappointing!
