I love chick fil a and my son loves the play area and most of the time we havr a great experience. I worked at chick fil a for years and am a little shocked the team leader at this store thought it was appropriate to start flipping tables and mopping around the customers who are eating at 8pm. He didnt acknowledge a single one of us either. The dining area says it is open until 10pm and I get wanting to get a head start but he even blocked it off with wet floor signs while we were all sitting in there and we have to phsycially move them to get out. The cashier who took my order was so kind but it was completely unprofessional to make the customers feel like we needed to leave 2 hours before the store closed.

Small and smaller portion of salad, not fresh anymore. The one is cherry hill is sooo fresh and large portion. Not order at voorhees anymore🙁

What’s the point of trying to place your order when the drive-thru seems to decide for you?
Not only were the modifications I specifically requested ignored, but I also ended up with the completely wrong drink. I get that drive-thrus are designed to be fast — but what’s the use of speed if it comes at the cost of accuracy?
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even go back to fix the order because I was on a limited 30-minute break. It’s frustrating and honestly just inconvenient.
Next time, can we please be patient and allow me to finish my order before interrupting multiple times — especially while I’m already providing the modifications you’re asking for?

Stopped at the Voorhees location this morning on White Horse Road and got a BEC on a muffin. Drive 5 minutes to work, took one bite and threw it in the trash. It was stale sand cold. SO DISAPPOINTED!! Do better please! What a waste of time and money!

The food came out so fast I was genuinely concerned. When I was done ordering the food came out at least 20 seconds. Keep in mind I was watching the cashier get my drink and the food came out nice, hot ,and fresh.It was perfect!
