Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got double rice and double steak and barely received enough to be considered one portion.

Second time this happened at this location…. And I’ve only eaten here twice. I thought the first time was a fluke but I guess not! Won’t be back.

Always something wrong here. Either the fountain soda is out. Or the payment system is down. The place is never clean. And the staff need to learn some manners.

I always have a terrible experience at this chipotle. The last time I was here I waited in line for 30 minutes because they only have one person working. When I finally got to the front of the line, they told me they were out of tacos. I went again today and waited in line just for them to tell me they were out of tacos when it was finally my turn to order. Put a sign on the door when you run out of things so people don’t waist their time waiting in line! That’s simple courtesy. I’ve seen other locations do it!

Staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes friendly and sometimes not. Food is fresh at times and other times just bland. Would recommend if you want to grab a quick bite.

I ordered a mobile pick up order and the guacamole was black and the chicken was burnt and inedible. I am really disappointed in the food service, it felt like they took advantage of a mobile order in hopes that by the time the buyer opens their food to realize the poor quality, it's already too late. Oh and did I mention I tipped the staff in my mobile order, something I typically do not do if I order in person. Congratulations, you just lost a regular customer.

Food was the best it's ever been .. this last time I went .. idk what staff changes you guys made but uhh .. the food is 1,000% better !! That carne asada with that chimichuro sauce was 10 out of 10!! 💪

Came in on Tuesday 11/18 at 10:50pm (10 minutes before close) I don’t usually like going to places right before they close (I work in the food service industry) but this was the only thing open other then your typical fast food places. The night crew was super friendly and made me a beautiful carne asada bowl. Thanks sm 🥰

Horrible. Not only did my friend get beaten up there by a pervert and employees did nothing. I went there today Tuesday November fourth, paid for my meal and when I checked the bag half of my order wasn’t there. I went back to the short young girl with glasses and black hair who messed up my order and SHE gave me attitude and said it’s my fault. So she made me pay more for my order just for the chips and salsa I paid for not be in there. She should not be working there if she can’t deal with human interactions.

the short black girl that works mostly nights is very rude and blatantly gives customers attitudes. we came in about an hour before closing and she yelled at us saying that we have to order online and suggested we leave instead because it would take 10 minutes for them to make the food. i work in food service so i just don’t understand how you can be so rude and disrespectful to customers.

Chipotle is a go to for our family and it has been too often that this location runs out of food hours before closing. In addition, there has been a shift in staff that has brought down the quality and service at this location.

Every time I go to this location theres always a white girl with tattoos, glasses and blonde-ish hair who gives me the nastiest service I have ever received. Eyes rolling, attitude. No smile. The fact that she still works there is insane. Do better.
