Chipotle Mexican Grill

Can I get sum more chicken Jesus Christ every time I come here I get a bunch of rice barely any chicken if you ask for more they up charge almost the price for another burrito or bowl and still only you a small ice cream scoop so I pretty much stop going here I like the new place Rancheros. Chipotle get thumbs down👎🏾

Staff can’t even put on a smile, they all look miserable. Other problem at this location is they are always out of something. Seems like a common issue with Chipotle’s too…

I just had an awful experience at this chipotle. I was asking for a pound of chips and no one would figure out how to get me that. I told him I’d give them any amount of money for a pound of chips. One of their representatives told me his name was Lee. Said we don’t want your money. Excellent way to run a business. Great customer service. Chipotle always winning.

The girl who served was pretty rude

Made the effort to go there to order food but was told they were only doing online orders. Pretty lame to give preference to online orders and screw the people who show up.

The lady helping me did not speak Good English so every time she said something and so when I couldn’t understand I’d say “What” then she would just roll her eyes and give me this nasty look. And also the portion size of the meat she put were so small. I wanted to take a video as she put it together but then another lady stepped in when she seen that I was getting frustrated cause I couldn’t understand her. This experience ruined chipotle and its branding for my family.

Food is always great and the employees are amazing. I watched as they were harassed by a customer for 30 min at least. They stayed calm under pressure and never got flustered. I’ve never seen anything like it but they handled it in a professional manner the entire time! I don’t if I could have.

Carnitas bowl complete with a big hunk of flesh. I am beyond grossed out.

I asked for a bowl with rice and chicken and with other toppings and I barely got any, the bowl wasnt even full and when I asked for more chicken, the person put one more tiny piece of chicken. Honestly, one the worst chipotle branches. They barely give you any food

Unfortunately I placed an online order for pickup with a small lunch window. Picked my food up and returned to work. My food was completely cold ( steak bowl ) and my chips were missing. Sadly my last time using this location after tipping $5 on a pick up service to have half my order missing and the other half cold is unacceptable.

Went in and ordered a chicken burrito. The woman making the burrito put a very small scoop of chicken on there and I asked for a little more. She asked if I want double, and I told her no, just a little more. She puts it on there, and then writes double on the foil. When they went to ring me up it came to 18 dollars for a single burrito. I told the woman at the register that I said no double, and they charged me anyway. After they proceeded to argue with me, they took that burrito and threw it in the trash, and made me a new one with an extremely small amount of meat. They tried to sneakily up charge me for double when I specifically said no. Associates were extremely rude during this process as well.
