It's funny how this one Dunkin' Donuts never has a working bathroom and that's been going on like 3 years so evidently they want to sell you coffee but you can't use their bathrooms so I would advise you get your coffee at another Dunkin' Donuts one that has the courtesy to open their bathrooms and keep them open

This dunkin cannot get orders correct. Always a hit or miss. On numerous occasions in drive through my order always comes out wrong. You ask and pay for extra French vanilla in coffee but it’s never added in to begin with. Definitely do not recommend your time or money with this Dunkin.

This place can’t seem to get an order right. 3 separate occasions where drive through orders are flat out wrong. You order a latte they hand you a completely different drink. Avoid unless you’re okay with adding 15 extra minutes waiting for them to fix your drive through order.

Imagine confirming your hours of operation with Google and then not being open at those hours. ?
The lady will arrive at 5 when they open at 5 and expect you to wait 20 minutes for the machines to be ready. If you know you have work at 5 and need to be prepared because you are OPEN why would you not be ready? I have to be at work by 5:15 and I plan accordingly to make sure I can get what I need AND be to work on time. It happens every single day. I’m done coming here because it’s ridiculous.

Hello Google Family. I visited this Dunkin' after my magnificent workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Voorhees, NJ. I wanted to order an Iced Coffee, black. I was all ready to order after not being able to get a smoothie at the Edge. You cannot purchase a smoothie by cash there, at this particular location, you must have a card. I opted to go inside, at the Dunkin', I prefer to go inside, not visit the drive-thru. The people inside asked if I was there to pick up an order, and I said no, I wished to order. I went to the order counter while I waited for someone to assist me. I waited for ten minutes, someone was cleaning the floor and the other associates were assisting people in the drive-thru. I decided to leave, since no one came to help me. I do not see myself coming to this location again. Good night Google Family!!

I usually go to starbucks but I stopped here yesterday because I was in a huge rush and no SB around. I think I may start going to DD because the service was great (everyone was smiling in a VERY busy store) and thanking me for coming in. Got a caramel lattee with whippped cream and boston cream donut which was heavenly. Thanks!

We ordered 2 small iced cappuccino it was so awfulTim Horton has way much better ice capDD should teach their employees.It was few drops of coffee and all it contained was ice. Waste of money
