Prices are too high Food quality has dropped, majority of time food is room temperatured, the fries be limp and they cheat you on the sizes of fries, the sodas are flat, the meat is smaller than the bun ? Late night shift is the absolute worst they cheat you out of food and they can be very rude.

Usually pretty badic. Know what to expect. But my large fries were half gone & cold. They only filled fry box half way after I waited 10 mins. My burger was a mess with cheese melted everywhere except the patty. Very disappointed in their service this time. But will still go back. Just not as often esp with prices raised. I can dam near eat at restaurant for what mcds charge now.

Every time I order from DoorDash late at night, they always add cheese to my hamburgers, even though it doesn’t even come with cheese.
Extremely rude and unprofessional female manager who was too ignorant to come to the counter and assist me with my sandwich complaint. Instead she stood with her back to me while instructing all her employees to also ignore me and not to remake my sandwich or even give me my receipt. When I told her I was reporting her to Corporate, she began threatening me yelling Im a bad customer who didnt deserve a free sandwich. I was in disbelief. I highly dont recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone to eat there or work there. You are a Manager who is supposed to care about your customers. How could you encourage young people working with you to not help a customer? Its sad how angry people are in this world today. Please dont bring this behavior to work with you.
