This place has taken a turn for the worst as of March 2024 -- gross spoiled lettuce, chicken sandwich was like chewing on a rubber ball, shorted us a nearly $10 sandwich that we didn't notice was missing until we got home (charged us for it on the receipt though, LOL)-- I didn't finish the sandwich that I did get, ended up throwing it away. You can eat at a sit-down restaurant for nearly the same price with real food instead of eating garbage -- save yourself money time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Don't expect to be served AT the drive thru. I'm forced to "pull up" everytime I order even though there's no one in line behind me. Maybe be worried about your customers more than meeting your goals of how long a customer sits at the window since they aren't accurate information anyway.

As far as McDonald's go, it's one of the better ones. The servers and staff are genuine, hard workers, and reliable. The only downside, like most mickey ds, is the price.

Ordered 2 shamrock shakes through drivethru, they asked us to pull up which we understood because they had a couple people inside and a couple people in the drive thru. But then we waited close to 20 minutes for it to get brought out to us. I dont know if they forgot about us or what but terrible service
