I love the food options and order portions and the kids meal is nice. The restaurant is always clean and food is consistently delicious. The only reason I gave four stars is because the one asian lady who works there is rude and always looks miserable.

First time at Panda Express. Good food but customer service lady was rude. I ordered a bowl but upon seeing the portion size I then asked for a plate which is bigger. This Asian lady with an accent looked so annoyed when I politely asked to switch my size. “Next time say what you want. Don’t say bowl.”
I understand everyone has bad days. Hopefully she is not like to this all the time.
There was a super nice guy named Luis who took my payment and kindly explained any questions I had. Thanks to him I give this place a 3 star.

I was enjoying my food but then I bit down on this paper. It was in my string beans... I was half way through my meal before I got to it 😬 Gross
Wait was 20 minutes despite no one else in line, and the food tasted straight up old. At noon. I could not eat it, waste of money. Beef was overcooked to a crisp, chicken tasted rotten, and the lo mein was *maybe* made sometime this week, but definitely not today. Will not be revisiting to avoid the possibility of food bourne illness. I loved Panda Express, but never again.

We went through the drive through and thought we still didn’t get our credit card back and freaked out after waiting for a while. We went inside and the lady at the front desk was so kind and checked the cameras for us. Very helpful and kind.

Staff is a joke. Open the doors, then start cooking. No food is ready for 1/2 hour after it opens. Then staff has doors locked and chairs up at 9. U get whatever is left over while they are cleaning the floor until 9:30. Do the owners know? I've had 5 cars behind me at 9:05 leave bc they had no food. Happens every day.

Completely unacceptable experience at this Panda Express location. The staff are arrogant, unprofessional, and show no regard for customer service. The food is consistently subpar—especially the fried rice, which is dry, overcooked, and barely edible.
Despite the posted closing time of 9:30 PM, by around 8:00 PM more than half of the food options are already gone. What’s worse, the staff act like they’re being inconvenienced by customers, displaying lazy and dismissive behavior as if the store is already closed.
This is not how a restaurant should operate. The team here clearly needs serious training on customer interaction and basic standards of food quality. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before visiting this location.
