The worst wait times with the occasional one worker. I don’t care how good a product is. When the wait time is over 15 minutes for a basic smoothie it outweighs the experience. Hire some people Jesus Christ. The retail and food industry is a terrible experience in the past 10 years.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Every day a different person and the service is going downhill every passing day.

Late service,
Opens late in mornings order never anreived and took me more than a week to get refund, because they didn’t know how to.
Today’s smoothie was crushed ice and crushed fruits.

I don't know what's going on here these past couple of months, but it's changed for the worse. I get a smoothie bowl every week, but these past few times the acai base has had a different texture, and the workers don't fill up the bowl anymore, nor do they do the toppings right anymore. The workers aren't being trained to make smoothie bowls correctly. I've been doing this for over two years, and now they're just awful. Not to mention they keep raising the price. Two years ago, a smoothie bowl was $9.99, now it's $12.98.

Called to try and verify if the protein powder is manufactured in a facility that processes shellfish (some powders are). The person who answered the phone was rude and didn’t even try and verify with a manager. This place is such trash.

There were not enough people working. They had one worker working the register and one doing everything else. I waited forever, despite ordering online, and when they “cleaned” the blenders, she just ran water over it real quick. The cross contamination was DISGUSTING. And they left a filthy mat outside. It looked like someone either threw up or spilled all over it. NOT SANITARY. Not to mention I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve screwed up the orders.

Gigi has such welcoming energy! As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me with a lovely smile, and even suggested a few drinks since it was my first time. Excellent and quick service from her and will be back to see her.
