I LOVE this Smoothie King and Shianne is my daily dose of Ultimate SUNSHINE!! She is spot on with every smoothie i order...and my FAVE is the banana Boat with some extra enhancements! She is very pleasant and no matter the alternate ingredients requested the smoothie Queen creates a delicious and nutritious treat!!! I come to smoothie king very often. I usually visit the Marlton or Voorhees locations and my experiences have varied. I did visit the location on Blackwood Clementon road in Blackwood, NJ twice and my experience was horrible! The employees were rude and they made my smoothie incorrectly 3 times. I was told that I was going to get a refund twice and it never happened. I was so upset and said I would not go to smoothie king again.
Today, I went because my brother wanted a smoothie so I got one too. I interacted with 2 employees Mark and Myresha. They were pleasant and attentive. It was a great experience. Special shout out to Mark for making my smoothie taste delicious!
