The floor was sticky. Yuck. The walls have splattered substances up about 10 feet high. The food was very tasty. The sauces are sitting out without being iced or refrigerated so I’d love for them to change that up… I don’t think it’s a huge food hazard but it’s just something I noticed. Ordered online got to the location to find out they did not have the drink I ordered and was told I could not get a refund because I ordered online. I ended up leaving the store w/o a drink even though i paid for it. After waiting an extra 10min for my food to be ready

Because although they didn’t get my order correct the first time, when I came back to let them know, the clerk was very kind and offered to remake my whole order. Even though I hadn’t even eaten the first one! Not that they would resell or anything but for inventory purposes or something idk! So only not 5 because the first order was missing some stuff. 😭 I’ll still come back it’s very tasty and the service was kind.
