Arrived at the drive through at 11:50 only to have the drive through worker remind me that they close in 10 minutes with the biggest attitude. What a terrible customer service. I work in the food industry and this was so frustrating honesty. I won’t support this location anymore.

I had a terrible experience at a Wendy's recently where the service was anything but welcoming to me and my friend as soon as I walked in, at the restaurant, we were immediately struck by how empty and desolate the place felt it was eerily quiet, almost like a ghost town. There was no energy, no atmosphere, that makes for a welcoming fast food experience. It genuinely surprised and unsettled my family, who were expecting a more lively and inviting environment.
As we stepped inside, things only got worse. Not a single team member greeted us not even a simple “Welcome to Wendy’s” , “how may we help you “ or even a friendly smile. The lack of basic customer service was astonishing. We stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time before anyone acknowledged us, and even then, the interaction felt cold and dismissive.
The manager on duty was particularly rude and unprofessional, speaking to us (and seemingly to the staff) with an impatient, irritated tone. There was no effort made to be courteous or helpful. As for the rest of the employees, they appeared disengaged and lethargic, almost like they were on autopilot, The whole visit made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I won't be going back to that location anytime soon.

Normally go to this Wendy’s due to it being up the street from my house. Decided to get the spicy chicken sandwich combo.. the patty look completely dark & burnt, opening the wrapper I thought I received a hamburger instead of my chicken sandwich until I flipped it over. Also, never seen the inside of my chicken sandwich look this way inside. COMPLETELY TURNED OFF and GROSSED OUT. Fries were lukewarm and no salt on them, No straw was given to me or in the bag with my drink.. completely off their game tonight and do not think I will be back due to the sandwich, can’t even eat anything else for dinner tonight- stomach is completely turned off.

The staff are very nice but I feel like every order has an issue. Wrong size frosty, items missing, etc.
I don't mind going back in or double checking. But the times I have not have been very frustrating to get home only to find the wrong stuff.

I spent about 50.00 and I live about 25min away and I ask to make sure a spicy chicken sandwich plain nothing on it as my kid wont eat it . The lady said yes well the answer is no. U spend all this money and all u had to do is what the order say plain how hard is that?

I went to this Wendy's after downloading their app. On the app it says that the reward is applied, but it won't let me pay and tells me to add more items and no matter how much I add it tells me to add more. I went into the restaurant showing the app to an employee asking for help just to be reponded, "I dont know how to use the app". I tried to explain the reward was and he wouldnt even hear me out. His coworkers didnt help either also saying they didnt know how to use the app. I normally go to Taco bell and McDonalds and their staff are way more helpful. This was my first time deciding to go to Wendy's and my experience with the staff and app were awful.
