What a dreadful experience! I used Uber eats as they had a buy one get one free deal for wings. So I ordered it. They gave the driver the wrong order. Obviously I was upset. Uber eats did not honor a second buy one get one free deal so Wingstop said just put one order in and they'll put the second one in for free because they screwed up. Which I did so what did Uber order deliver? Only one order of wings because Wingstop straight up a second time! This would be the first and only time I ever use this company. I called up to complain the second time and then we're not very helpful. Finally agreed to refund my money which I'm still waiting for it. I'm sure I'll have to call back tomorrow and fight for that some more. I'm sure I'm just wasting my breath.

I got all flats smh. I usually get a mixture of both. I asked if the wings could be mixed (usually they are). I was told I would have to wait 13 mins. While waiting I observed the cook with no gloves and the cashier handle money her phone and food with no gloves and a bandaid on her finger. I will try my luck at the Marlton location next time.

I placed an online order ahead of time for 3pm. I arrived at 2:55 and they told me they were still working on it. Staff is very sweet but I had to wait an additional half an hour to receive my food. The lobby was not busy only around 2 people in here when I walked in. The real kicker is people who came in after me were getting their food before me!

Got wings (bone and boneless) here for an Eagles game and they were excellent. The boneless wings didn't have too much chickenless crunch as filler and the sauces were great!

dawg I ordered 2 meals of 6 pieces of boneless wings, one order came with 4 wings and the other with 3, I ordered ranch as well and it didn’t come, the only thing that was ok were the fries. Shitty place
