My 1st time @ a Wingstop. Wings were cooked perfectly, crispy outside & tender inside. I had a coupon & John helped me use it on the App. A.J. greeted me as soon as I walked in & my order was ready in less than 7 minutes. Also, for there to have been an all male staff, the women's bathroom was super clean. Great overall experience. I'll be returning again soon
They mixed up my order, and I unfortunately bit into what should have been Hawaiian, but was actually mango habanero! 🥵 The manager Joe made it right and his staff went above and beyond to fix it when I came back a few days later. This location is consistently good in terms of quality and freshness. Their customer service is very good and professional. Mistakes happen all the time in the fast food industry. Knowing this is how they handle it makes up happy to come...
I definiteñy will be going back to this store, the 2 young Men and the manager i think is Jose is such a really nice young man, store 3000 is very clean, this store is so much better now
