COLD every time!! Missing items? Every time. Mobile order customizations? Ignored..every time. This is by far the WORST Burger King. We have given too many chances. Every time we throw the food out once we’re home to avoid illness. This place is trash, close up.

I was refused service on my simple meal request. Individual at the front proceeded to go to the bathroom for 10 minutes while I waited to order. Individual in the back proceeded to act like I was not there for the entire duration. I was forced to stay and wait due to my car having a flat tire and thought this place would have the same as the Burger King I go to in brick township. That was not the case. This place is lifeless and if there was a motto for this establishment it would be “whatever, and we could care less.” I will not be eating here again. Thank you.

I don’t know why more people do not use Burger King. Occasionally, I go to wall township, Located on Highway 35. It’s always clean the music’s good. The food is fantastic. The service is overwhelming..Mickey D’s is good as well however overrated

The woman who takes care of the customers is truly a disgrace. I heard him yelling at the customer and she cursed and shouted at me too. I will never eat Burger King from here again.

This store has horrible AC and it was a scorcher out on this day. The employees have been trying to get the company to fix it to no avail. The employees were excellent with service and kindness. Extremely friendly especially under the circumstances.

Absolutely nasty person at the drive thru window at night hating her job and wanting to take it out on a customer came around and asked for a manager come to find out she is the manager we were arguing with NEVER GO THERE AGAIN YOU CANT HAVE KIDS RUN YOUR BUSINESS!

Stepping into the Burger King at 1735 Route 35 & 18th Ave, Wall Township, NJ, was a pleasant surprise. The place wasn’t crowded, and the staff shone with their helpful and efficient service. The food was nothing short of fantastic – served quickly and tasted great. The only downside was the non-functional Burger King mobile app at this location. But with such speedy service, it was hardly a miss. Rating: 4.5/5 ? - Deducting half a star for the app, but this BK spot is definitely worth a visit!
