They must have had a call out. The manager was taking the orders filling the orders. While a person was making all the foods for the orders.

I am not being hyperbolic when I say there are some of the kindest people working at this store. Really genuinely just good people who treat you with way more respect and care than they need too. If you’re expecting anything other than Burger King, I don’t know what to say, they all have the same menu. But seriously, the people who work here on multiple occasions have been really friendly, open to assisting, and they obviously work extremely hard. Nothing but love for these folks. And they are way more reasonably priced than McDonald’s right down the block.

First get into this restaurant and found the clerk rude and not helpful to the customer. I was the second person in line the first order was not correct, the clerk started to argue with the customers. I waited 30 minutes for my order and was second in line. The order was wrong and the clerk threatened me with violence. The manager was no help, she was very rude. I have been going to Burger King for years, I will not be going back anytime soon. The prices are outrageous and the food quality is the worst of any fast food restaurants I have visited. I will never go to this store. I would advise others to find a place with better food and reasonable prices. See pictures

I understand everything costs more now. And I have no problem paying for quality. But if I'm paying 10$ for a burger I expect to at least be made correctly. They screwed my order up twice while having 2 different people telling them what does and doesn't go on it. I stop here because it is supposed to be convenient and I leave hungry because I can't get my overpriced food made correctly. But this isn't a problem with this place specifically. It is a burger king problem. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a good experience at burger King. Go here if you want to wait forever to get something incorrect and not end up getting to eat. Would rate lower if I could.

Not even sure where to begin.
The man with the blue glasses and an accent just isn’t equipped for a fast paced job as such. It wasn’t busy… he had us pull up and said he would bring out our food. We waited about 20 minutes before I walked in carrying my 11 month old. When I walked in, I saw food on the counter, with a milkshake but the milkshake was vanilla we ordered chocolate so I assumed it wasn’t mine, besides that I saw another customer standing infront of the food. She then put ketchup packets in the bag so for me that sealed the deal that it wasn’t mine. The worker man with the blue glasses came out from behind the counter with two bags of food for the people who pulled in behind us who were also told to pull up and wait. When he came back in, he asked me what I was waiting for, I told him, he grabbed the food I assumed was for the other lady customer. I told him that she was hovering all over the food, and the shake was wrong. This is where it gets wild, this man tried to gaslight me, saying HE PUT THE LKETCHUP IN THE BAG, saying he prepared the bag himself, and I said no it’s okay but I saw her do it. We went back and forth multiple times. I also said the shake was supposed to be chocolate. He told me he didn’t have chocolate and then said ‘you want me to put chocolate in it? I have that’ like I couldn’t believe this was real life. Finally the customer lady who had been touching our food, came and said yes she did do that. And I told him, ‘see, I told you that, it wasn’t a big deal I just don’t understand why you kept trying to get me to believe you when I saw her with my own eyes’ and then of course I walk out, holding my baby and the bag was packed with two meals, chicken fries and a extra onion ring… it busted. My boyfriend went in, and they gave him a replacement, but didn’t give us one of the fries. All in all I just can’t believe the way someone working customer service tried to gaslight me so hard instead of just fixing the issue. He was completely scatter brained and shouldn’t be working with the public.

Manager helped get me a cheese burger and drink even though the lobby was closed. My car broke down and I need a friendly face and the food was really very nice, Great location.

I really like the food in there and the quick and responsive service provided by the nice man at the front desk, especially on the weekend morning.

COLD every time!! Missing items? Every time. Mobile order customizations? Ignored..every time. This is by far the WORST Burger King. We have given too many chances. Every time we throw the food out once we’re home to avoid illness. This place is trash, close up.
