I had ordered a large sheet cake and 60 custom cookies for my husbands 60th birthday from this bakery. I am so happy I did! The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better (vanilla and choc sponge layers with choc mousse and fresh strawberry filling). They even suggested a great cost saving idea for the decoration! And the cookies did not disappoint…a buttery crumbly cookie with just the right amount of royal icing. I tell you these bakers are artists! They created the perfect sweet ending to my husbands birthday!

We took a chance and ordered from here based on a few reviews and Instagram posts. Never came for a tasting, never stepped foot in the establishment until we picked up the cake. The team was incredibly kind, thorough, and helpful through the whole process. They recommended a great florist (Gig Morris) for the florals. The cannoli cake was phenomenal, everyone at our event wanted their information which we happily shared. The design was EXACTLY what we sent in our inspo pictures. From the very beginning, the experience was wonderful. When I went to pick up a taster box, the staff were so friendly and really helped ease my worries about choosing the right cake flavors. I had the chance to speak with Nicole, their Lead Cake Designer, over Zoom, and she was incredibly approachable and so helpful when we discussed all our wedding cake options. For our 50-guest wedding, we decided on a beautiful two-tier cake with two flavors: red velvet with vanilla mousse filling, and devil's food cake with vanilla buttercream. Both tiers were covered in their white buttercream icing, and it looked absolutely stunning on our big day.
Here's the real test though: my husband is definitely not a cake or sweets person at all, but even he couldn't stop raving about how delicious both flavors were! When someone who typically skips dessert is excited that we brought extras home, you know you've found something special.
I would absolutely recommend Chocolate Carousel to any couple looking for a wedding cake that's not only beautiful but tastes incredible too. Their customer service and quality are both top-notch!
